Is Cal Center Drive considered Downtown Sacramento?

Looking at it from a map it doesn't look like it. But ya never know... Would commuting to there from Fair Oaks or Roseville be bad?

The commute from Fair Oaks or Roseville is a very busy, long commute. Bring your patience and some good relaxing music to keep you feeling positive. And no, Cal Center Drive is not in downtown Sacramento. Use your map to plan some alternative ways to get there. Or, better, use Light Rail and know you are making the world a better place.
