My husband and I are going to be in Cologne for a Medical Business Trip this week and have a very limited time to sightsee. My husband is in a wheelchair thus limiting the time even more and the distance we could go on foot. We will have a few hours here and there for two day. There's a new law saying that everyone needs a passaport (including children and babies) and i heard that only Citizens of the US need a passaport in order to travel, but i would like to know if Residents need their passaport because usually you can travel with your residence card (if you travel by car) but now every one needs a passaport, so do residents need one too? (not the US passaport, but like the one 4rom their country such as Argentina?

Am going to Cuba in July, landing at Holguin Airport but I want to go Santiago de Cuba. Are there taxis outside the airport? I know it takes about 2 hours to drive to Santiago but how much will it cost if I took a taxi?
Any tips from anyone who has travelled between Holguin and Santiago will be appreciated. Tips for other forms of transport are welcome + costs if any.
