I' been trying to contact the cuban interest section , because i send to cuba a shipment with medicines , shoes and others items and i had been detain in la havana for a letter or invoice and my family cannot get the package untill i send them this.... document? I absolutely agree with the answerer above me. The Cuban Interests Section has never answered any of our communications. Antillas Express is a little pricey, but everything you send, gets where it is supposed to go. We have sent money, letters, and medicines through Antillas Express and my husband's family live is Aguada de Pasajeros, Cienfuegos.. so they do go all over the country, not just Havana like some other agencies do. And they have pre-made packages you can purchase to save the cost of shipping the items to you. Explore their website, it is an option.

They do not ever answer , nor answer your emails , I have tried as I submitted applications to get an official document since Octuber to this date have not got it nor get in touch with them.
I can not give you an answer for this question but next time if there is going to be another one, try this website, it will be as costly as send it tru DHL but at least the packages have arrived:
