find their penis and play with it. Is it also natural for a little girl (almost 4yrs) to do the same. I catch my daughter touching down there and I asked her if she had an owey and she says no and runs off to play. Just curious, I am almost embarrased to write this. Thanks in advance.

My daughter is 3, she still uses one, is this a good age to start using a real cup with her?

She is not attached to her sippie cup, I just have used it because it's less messy.

do u think its a good idea to keep him home from daycare the next day so the day care provider doesnt have to deal with him being cranky and that he can be rested for when he goes back the following day

He is 21 months old. He can say pee-pee, nasty, poopy, and potty. He has even come to me with a dry diaper, and, grabbing himself, said 'potty, potty'. But every time I get him to the toilet, and sit him on it, he just screams, or tries to get off. What do I do?

My son doesnt typcially say yes, but repeats the same question. such as, if i ask do you want ice cream? he will repeat ice cream, even though he may or may not want ice cream. He also refers to himself by his name, or by "you", sometimes he uses "I" to refer to himself. he has been seen by a developmental ped, and diagnosed as possibly pdd/nos. are his responses typical of someone with the diagnosis? how can we fix this at home?

My son is 15 months old and is not walking yet! I was wondering if the reason could be because I don't put shoes on him? We have shoes for him, but he hates wearing them I think because they are really tight. They are the right size, he just has fat feet and I can't find baby shoes that are made wide. He does get up and walk along things and stuff, but I'm wondering if putting shoes on him would help him to let go of things faster. What do you all think?

My 15 mo has worked out how to open the oven and I discovered a load of plastic toys in there at the weekend. All the oven locks I've seen seem to only fit stand-alone ovens. Does anyone know of one that's suitable for a built in oven? The knobs etc are above the oven door, so the distance between the oven door and hob level is quite long.

He will ask for a waffle at breakfast, and then only eat a few bites. Then in the evening time it seems like he purges. He wants this after that. He is VERY slim, only 27 lbs, and he is healthy, but we just have a hard time getting him to eat much, ESPECIALLY vegatables. I do offer them, and my husband and I love them and eat them in front of him. He is just stuborn!! We even tried growing them ourselves thinking that might make him feel pride of accomplishement and at least try them, but he won't even try them. I hope it goes away with age. HELP!!!
