Your preschooler can eat anything and everything barring that he doesn't have any food allergies.
Fish, red meat, chicken.. potatoes, rice, pasta... and all kinds of fruit and veggies.. he can eat everything. Give it to him in bite sized pieces, and don't give him too much. Sometimes kids won't eat stuff they like if there's too much on their plate.. it's intimidating to a pre-schooler.
Don't force them to eat everything. Give them a variety of foods on one plate and as long as they'll eat something, then it's okay.
Don't let them snack a lot during the day. That will eliminate the need to eat an actual meal.. why would they eat supper when they know they're going to get a snack that they like afterwards.

Chow mein isn't chinese language nutrition. this is an American concoction used to feed the chinese language railroad workers for the period of the 1860s and 1870s. this is customarily onions with little or no protein extra in a thickened sauce.

A preschooler should be able to eat anything you are eating.
Meats, veggies, pastas, fruits, etc. etc.
My 3.5 year old loves turkey sandwiches, salami, taquitos, cheese quesadillas, BBQ chicken kebobs, fish sandwiches, teriyaki chicken, popcorn shrimp, sliced bell peppers, celery, baby carrots, corn on the cob, mac and cheese, butter noodles, Mexican rice, baked potatoes, potato soup, cheese soup, tomato soup, onion soup, bagels with cream cheese, turkey bacon, pancakes, spaghetti with meat sauce, ravioli, tortellini, red potatoes with a sauce made from cream cheese and dill, french fries, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, bananas, apples, yogurt, ice cream, popcorn, pizza, tossed salad, tuna sandwiches.....
Really.....anything you eat is fine to offer her.
