I have a daughter who is turning three in October. I live in an apartment so I don't have enough room to have a birthday party at my house, and there is not a clubhouse there. Any suggestions on where we should have it??

A good suggestion is Mcdonalds or even Chucky cheeses ..
Mc Donanalds partys are only like 30 dollars and they include a cake and everything and they get to play in the play place if they have one and I think your daughter would love it all kids love Mc Donalds .. Also chucky cheeses has play places and it would be fun for the kids.. Or another suggestion would be have it at your apartment even thou its small it still will be memorable my 3rd birthday was in a small apartment and I still remember it .. But if you do plan on having a big party you can have it in a place such as mcdonalds like i said. Here are some sites on having parties in small places..

Planning a child's birthday party? Your options are limitless.

You could, for example, hire a party planner to come to your home with a script and mount a production starring the birthday child, with guests in supporting roles as wizards, pirates, fairy princesses, cowboys, circus stars or athletes.

Or you could take a bunch of kids to a skating rink, a bowling alley, an amusement park, an arcade, a gymnastics studio or that pizza parlor with the singing animatronic mouse.

But before you spend a week's wages entertaining 30 of your 3-year-old's closest friends, consider an old-fashioned homemade party. Not only will it be cheaper, but child-development experts say most children are happiest with parties designed just for them.

The above ideas are great--a park or a relative's house, things like that. You can also check out a local bowling alley for a bowling party or even a Chuck E. Cheese or something. :D Good luck and happy birthday!

If you can afford it Mc Donald's is a good place if you have one near by. I think they provide the cake and ice cream and food for so many kids. Sometiems, too, depending on where you live, the weather is still decent and you might be able to have it at a park.

you could rent a shelter at a park or just find some picnic tables and a nice tree to tie decorations to. My daughters always like that because they can play on the swings and then come back for cake and presents!!! oh and it is free!

i think the least expensive as well as easiest birthday party we had was at mc donalds. they do everything for you! even better if your mc donalds has a playground.

also we once did the movie theater. my son even got to go start the movie. it was pretty neat.

we have rented the pavilions at the park before, and that can get expensive. after you get the food, games, decorations, the rental fee...it adds up

I have seen a few indoor jungle/climbing gyms where I live. If you have a toddler-friendly version in your area, it's a HUGE hit. Both of ours offer party packages including up to 10 kids for a couple of hours. They get to run and climb and you don't have to clean up ;)
