Does anyone else feel that they have pretty boring life that is just totally routine????

I get up get dressed, sort little girl out for school, take her to school - go to work....
Finish work, get babe from school, go home, clean up, make tea, clean up, do some washing / drying.....put babe in bath, watch TV, help with homework, put babe to bed....go to bed myself about 10.30 knackered!!!

Same thing tomorrow - some days she has after school activities trampolining, football etc but other than this my days are like bloody groundhog day!

Anyone else the same???

She's 13 and is on our home phone A LOT. She has a 30 min. limit per person but lots of people call her. I have a home-based business and feel that I may be missing calls since she ties up the line. The problem is my son didn't get a cell phone until he was 15. We told our daughter that she could have one when she is 15 too. Should we change our minds and get her one earlier? It feels like she would be winning the manipulation game if we did.

He is a very smart student A & Bs but lately he is disrespectful to his teacher. He is very disorganized he argues alot with classmates and is very forgetful. He just dont seem to care about school anymore and when things go wrong he blames every one else for his problems. He loves video games but they have been taken aqay. I have spanked him and Im just fed up. Im sick of the notes from school sayin what he DIDNT do today and I know he is a smart kid but I also know he is starting puberty(hair under arms) What do I do as a mom I feel like giving up and oh yeah dad is not around we are divorced for 5 years now. My son has gotten worse this grade year. Should I send him to live with my uncle maybe he can raise him better than me. I feel like a failure as a parent and I DONT BELIEVE IN MEDICATING CHILDREN FOR BEHAVIOR PROBLAMS.

I woke up crying because I made $120 working yesterday and by the end of the day it was all spent. I now have $5 left for myself.

I feel bad, because I should be grateful that I have enough money to support us and get by, but I am still sad, because I have nothing to spend on just me.

If it normal to feel this way?

Oh and my kid is out of juice boxes so I will likely spend my last $5 on that!

My fiance already has 2 boys with his ex and we just recently had a baby girl. I thought I didn't want anymore and he has decided that he really doesn't. He says he has enough! haha! But the more I think about it I wouldn't mind another little tike possibly down the road. I'm not positive yet though. I just don't know how to bring it up to him when he is so set on no more. I just want him to consider it maybe. How do I bring it up to him?

i have a 5 year old son and unlike his sister who only eats veggies, he wont eat any. I find that he will only eat rice potatos and meat. he hasnt gotten ill or anything but i know that he is missing something in his diet. i have even tried to puree the veggies into the food that i give him. it doesnt work. i find myself making different meals for all of them. does anyone know how i can get them to eat the same thing. or just get him to eat veggies period.

my daughter is seven years old and she has the appetite of a bird. she only eats vegetables and sometimes chicken. but very little. i could put a plate of spaghetti in front of her and she would eat it all the time. but the spaghetti has to be covered in sauce. i am having a proble teaching her how to eat healthy. she had to get glasses and her teeth are terrible and i think that it has to do with her eating habits. the dentist said that she has the teeth of and adult. i am running out of ideas on how to get her to eat we fight all the time when supper comes. help.

Well I am really wondering on what other parents think? I have a 10 year old son who bathes himself and being a mom I let him bathe by him self at 9. It might be a little overprotective but he is not a good swimmer and he never washed his hair.

But at 10 I let him do it him self but I always come in and put lotion on him right as he comes out because he never does it when his skin is damp.

As parents, out of everything in your childrens bath routine (washing hair, lotion etc). What is your children's routine with bathe and lotion and when did you let them do it their selves?

My parents are wonderful, don't get me wrong. But growing up my mother (who is stick thin) was constantly harping on my sister and I about our weight. My sister had bulemia and I'm not the thinnest girl around. I had two girls and I just try to tell them how beautiful they are. My oldest is a little chunky, but I never say anything to her about it because I know how it made me feel. But did you ever say to yourself, "There is no way I am going to do that with my child."

If you do, What does your contols blocks and how old are your children? What is the max kind of website it will allow for whatever age children you have?

And also, any type of parental controls on the tv?

I have accumulated a list of 127 grievances and charges of misconduct against the principal, vice principal, most of my teachers, cheerleading coach and several administrative assistants. I am at my breaking point and just can't go on at a school that belittles me like this. I'd like to sue the school, if not the school system. The school board has ignored my emails, so I am ready to send them to the local tv stations. Sadly, my daddy does not support this and says I am being unreasonable and would be better off channeling my energy into more productive use. I say booo to daddy and I am doing the right thing. I may be spoiled, but I have my rights.
