My daddy spoils me, but he does not pay attention to me much, he is always working. It seems I have to get in huge trouble at school for him to pay attention, and even after this last episode, he is still isn't because I am not allowed back in my English class until he visits and it's been over a week now. How can I get the right kind of attention from my daddy?

Please note my Mom is no longer with us.

I am a minister's wife, and there is a girl who is not very clean (as in, does not wash her hands after she uses the rest room, rubs her nose and hair, does not bathe often, etc) who touches my daughter's hands, arms, and face. Of course, my daughter (who is 6 mos old) pops her hands right in her mouth. I don't let this girl hold her (for other reasons), but she constantly follows us around begging me to hold my daughter and tries to play with her.

How can I deal with this nicely? What would you do?

I just found out from my other sister that are baby sister (17) meet a guy online who is 25 years old. She never meet him but had been talking online for a year. She invites him to her house where she lives with my dad and has sex with him. She use's nothing to poctect herself. She has P.C.O.S. and was told a year ago she more likely not be able to have kids. We told her she could still get aids, crabs, ect. This guy is closer to my age then hers. Now my brother tells me she has been smokeing pot cause he found some in her car. She is getting worse and I don't know what to do about her. My father knows none of this because I promise my sister and brother not to tell him because it will come back on them and I guess they promise her they would even tell me.

I just got my baby Charlenne Chang and I have no idea of how to pamper her; other than feeding, clothing, and making her go to bed. Are there any fun things to do?

am 24 years old and married. I went to college, got my degree and own my home but my friend has three kids and she is 22. She is always asking to borrow money for her kids which i do loan it to her and she pays me back but that is going to stop cause i will have my own child to worry about.
She had her first when she was 15, then 17 and the last one was born when she was 19. Why would anyone want to do that to themselves knowing that they are too young and cannot take care of them without help. Why?

So I am probably going to offend alot of people with this, so stop reading if you are sensitive on this subject. Firstly I am 21 and I grew up in a small town and 95% of my girlfriends from school have had kids already, starting when we were 16. I always thought that we would grow up, move to the city, go to uni, just have fun being young together. But I was the only one that did this, now when I see them I feel like im the odd one out becaue I dont have kids?? What??? Im sorry but this is not normal, healthy or good for them or the kid. Why has this become so prevalent? I just think its stupid, they cant really afford to have kids or know how to raise children, most dont even have a male around and the ones that do are going out with neanderthals.

Anyway I just want to know what everyone else thinks about this? If you disagree please let me know any explain why?

PLEASE SEE MY PREVIOUS QUESTION TO SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT....

a lot of the answers that i received, had something to do with "if they get money, then they would be able to take care of their kids...."

I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT MONEY PROBLEMS.....IF YOU CANT "SUPPORT" YOUR CHILD....THEN YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE IT!!

THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE, WHO HAVE MONEY, THAT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT RAISING CHILDREN....OR TREAT THEIR KIDS LIKE DIRT!

i DO NOT know Brittney Spears' situation....but from what i hear on the news and everytime i turn on the t.v. or radio or the computer....she is doing SOMETHING wrong.....what about people like her??? should something be done about them?? (not necessarily her - she is just a reference that is always in the public eye....she might be a GREAT parent behind closed doors and camera's)

just because you have money, doesn't mean that you are going to have the best life.....

I am a single mom with three kids...2,3, and 8. Sometimes they mind but a lot of the time they walk all over me. I love them and want them to become the best they can be. I feel that I am doing them an injustice by not disciplining them enough. I dont spank them hard...sometimes I dont even think they feel it :) We went out to a restaraunt today and they were OUT OF CONTROL! I see other parents with kids who actually mind and it makes me realize I must be doing something wrong. I am very close with them. The only time they really seem to mind is when they have pushed me so far that I FLIP. I spank them hard enough (on the bottom) to shed tears and they become angels for awhile but then I feel terrible for the rest of the day. HELP!

P.S. I was spanked and I turned out just fine (except for being a pushover with my kids)

My son keeps getting kick out of daycares due to his disability.
Is this fair? Can daycares kick him out due to his disability?
Is there any daycare centers that take care of children with disability's? His disability is SPD and ADHD and he is on SSI for this.
Also it is possible that he might have Autism or be Bi Polar.

He has been kicked out of 8 different daycares. and They had told me that it is due to his disability.
I thought this was against the Disability Act.

They are not throwing up, no runny noses, no cough, just crankiness and high fever. The oldest is almost 2 and youngest 8 months. Both with fever around 102. Gave them Tylenol but fever hasn't came down. They are eating just fine but are extremely cranky. I'd take them to the doctor but can't until Monday, and they haven't eaten any peanut butter. Any suggestions?

Is it ok to just never start to breast feed? I know i would feel uncomfortable walking through the store with my boob showing, but i heard that if i didnt breast feed that i would never be connected to my baby as others. I also wanna just feed with a bottle so the Daddy can bond with him...

A mother of a 5 year old child takes a job as a (legal) prostitute in Nevada. She makes a ton of money doing and has no problems supporting the kid, although she has to be gone a lot for her "work" and hires a nanny (the mother makes over $100,000 year).

The father wants primary custody. He's a warehouse worker making $20 per hour, and with child support from the mother he could provide a stable home life for the child, without being away as much as the mother has to be. The father is willing to allow the mother to have reasonable visitation.

The mother won't voluntarily give up primary custody. It's up to you, the judge, to decide who should get primary custody. Neither of the two have a proven drug or alcohol problem, there are no allegations of abuse on either side.

Who should get primary custody?

When you buy your toddler's shoes do you buy one size up from the size they outgrew or do you buy two sizes up? I'm not sure how far I should buy up...my son outgrows he shoes every two to three weeks. It's insane! I've spent $150 on three pairs of shoes and he can't even wear them anymore...

I don't want to get suckered at the children's store...

He's outgrown his size 6's so I'm thinking he's into a size 7 - but I want room to grow. So, would that be a size 8?

Our son is going to be 7 months old and I'm pregnant again, very soon, I know. My man is very worried, shocked , scared, cause he didn't want to have babies so close in age, I understand him. I'm shocked as well, but at the same time I want to feel good and happy, cause children are a gift from heaven. If you have had back to back children then I would like to know of your experience with that. That would help my husband feel a little bit better
