Hi everyone! Anyways I was wondering if a 16 year old male would have problems with finding kids to babysit. Also I am wondering when babysitting, is it customary for the babysitter to come babysit at the child's house, or for the child to be dropped off at the babysitter's house. Thanks.

I hear a lot about people putting babies in a daycare.

My question is WHY? Why would you want to have a kid and give to some one else to raise. That is what they are doing.

I have worked 2 and sometimes 3 jobs so my wife could stay home with the kids until they were old enough for school. Then she found a job.

I know life is not easy but the 2 of you can work separate shifts to keep the kids with a PARENT.

hello. i am 26 yrs old and have a little sister thats 18 i'm her sister but also a best friend she confides in me. i try to guide her and help her make the right decisions. well when she found out she was 8 weeks pregnant i told her to keep it and i will help with raising the child, but she decided she wasn't ready and she a had a full scholorship to clark atl. so she decided to get and abortion on march 21, 2007. 2 weeks later which was april 6th she had uprotected sex but she says her boyfriend used the pull out method. i am extremly upset that she uses no form of birhtcontrol. she is so irresponsible but i pray she isn't pregnant cuz i will not let her have another abortion. her period is due tommorow 04/17 but could be late because of the abortion she had.

what are the chances that she could be pregnant from pre- nut.

when would we be able to find out if she is. keep in mind that she had an abortion a couple weeks ago so period may be late.
thanks so much

we live with his mom at the moment, and she is always doing something that could be harmful to our unborn baby. she's spraying raid all over the house, using insecticides outside and in the garage, that i can clearly smell inside the house (due to windows and doors bieng opened) and if i close them, someone just opens them again. she's hired guys to gut the attic for a heater (we live in california...how cold can it get?) so all kinds of things were floating around in the house for days. I ask him to say something to her but he never does. and i know if he does she wont care because she tells me they used to smoke around the kids when they were just babies and she doesnt believe that is harmful...what should i do? and do you think my husband should start caring more about harmful things going on?

I have an appointment for an interview soon, and I'm kind of scared. I'm married, but I didn't include my husband on my application because he lives in California and I live in Missouri. I also do not depend on his income, as it varies weekly. One week can be $500, the next can be $23. It didn't ask any questions about am I married, etc., but should I be worried about it? Also, am I eligiblie for FSB automatically since I'm receiving Medicaid? The online screening tool said I could be eligible for $388 to $398 a month, which I could really use, that's almost my whole monthly grocery bill ($400). I only make $230 a month, so receiving FSB would stop me from having to rely on my parents to feed my son and I. I also feel bad because my friends feel sorry for me and always ask me over for dinner, and I feel ashamed of this. After my baby is born it will be easy for me to go get a job again, but nobody wants to hire me since I'm 7 months pregnant. Any answers?

My husband has a really sweet kitty. He's clean, well-socialized, and generally very affectionate. But he's also chatty and needy and always annoyed me a little. Now that I've gotten pregnant it's been magnified: I'm scared of tripping over him with my big belly, scared of toxoplasmosis, scared of the cat being close to the infant, scratching the infant, smothering the infant, keeping us awake when we already can't get sleep because of the infant... You name it, I've worried about it. And I have cultivated a resentment for our otherwise sweet cat. My husband loves him and getting rid of him would put a deep rift in our very happy marriage. I fear that my dislike for the cat is already causing friction between us. But all the solutions that I have suggested - boarding the cat the first few weeks at home with the baby, getting a door to close off the back side of the house... they all get shot down.
I'm sure it's hormonal. But this fear (and the cat) are driving me crazy! Ideas?

Some say that pacifiers can relax babies too much and they need to learn comfort themselves and learn to deal with natural stresses. How true do you belive this to be.

I was hoping that some of your would share your opinions of what you think about the standard model of obstetric care in the United States, and why or why not you feel that way?

And what opinion do you have about childbirth in general?
