If the child is in the data base and you are too and the Adoptive parents have signed or the child is over 18. Then you can write to each other and maybe meet.

It really depends on the State in which you lived or adopted her into. Check with the agency that placed your baby. You will need quite a bit of information to get the process started. You should register with the State and the Agency that placed your baby, to let them know you "want to be contacted" by her if she is trying to find YOU.

you cant. if she chooses to, she can contact the agency she came from and get your information and find you, but because of psycho parents agencies usually dont give out the child's information until they're 18. just to be safe, make sure the agency has all your current phone number, addresses, etc.
