I've heard people say to go as soon as you suspect pregnancy. But other people have said that most doctors won't accept you before 9 weeks. When should i go? I'm 4 weeks.

Parents need to realize that their babies name will help them or hurt them throughout their life. A baby with a strange name, with a strange spelling, will be made fun of, and later in life, people will discriminate against them when they read their job applications.
A Utopia or Atari will be deemed less qualified than a Susan or Elaine. (Same as De'Shaw and Da'Nell versus David and James)
(please, parents, stick to standard spelling of traditional American baby names! Abigail, Susan, Julie, Teresa, James, David, Stanley, Scott, etc)

I'm 4 weeks pregnant. I shoveled snow mixed with ice outside about an hour or so ago.it was heavy and i was stressing cuz the shovel kept getting stuck on the ice and it was making me mad. i feel fine, no bleeding no pain.. so everything is ok right? we have another snow storm coming this weekend.. should i avoid shoveling again?

Since March 2007 i have stopped using contraception, myself and my husband have a regular sex life, and it is edging towards 2008 and i fear that we could be infertile.

Is there anything we could do to check ourselves out? or to increase changes of getting pregnant?

I was searching on the internet about abortions and I just typed my question above in the search engine and I saw a link to Yahoo answers and signed up to get some answers. I have two children and I already aborted one pregnancy back in 2005 because we could not afford to support another child. With my first abortion my husband and I wasn't using any protection because I was breastfeeding and we thought I could not get pregnant. But this time we were using birth control and I got pregnant. I promised myself that I would never abort another baby but times are so hard for us right now. We have no help, daycare fees are high, cost of living, and food etc is so expensive. Adoption is not an option. I will always wonder how my baby is doing. Do you think God will punish me? Have I already been punished for aborting a baby?

if a guy and girl get pregnant the guy has NO say in the pregnancy. it's between the girl and her girlfriends. One girlfriend says "keep that child, that guy got some good hair, good genes" the other girlfriend says " get rid of that baby, aren't we suppose to go to cancun next week".

A guy can only say 2 things when it comes to pregnancy. she says "i'm pregnant" the guy can only say "i love you so much, i'm soo happy, i can't wait until i'm a father" OR he can say to the girl "so what you going to do?"

A guy is NEVER allowed to suggest abortion he can't even say "A.." cause he will have baby drama. if she decides to go on with pregnancy when that kid is like 10 years old. the guy will say "how you doing little man" the child will say "i'm alive motherfcuker that's how i'm doing, you wanted me dead biatch, i should shoot you"

see guys we don't need this drama. just stay safe and use a condom properly

AM i right or am i right about guys on abortion decision?

I see all these moms talking about co-sleeping.

How is it done. Obviously, you sleep "together" but does baby sleep beside you? Do you have one of those bed side co-sleepers? Do you keep pillows in your bed? What about "intiminate" time?

in my previous questions i mentioned the fact that all of my "friends" hated me except for one, Jaya. today at school jaya wasn't here, and i passed shay (one friend who hates me) a note that said "if you don't want me to hate you, then why do you keep talking about me to jaya?" at recess, steve (shay's boyfriend) was being a messenger for shay and he said something i can't remember and i was just like "she started it!!" and he went back then he came back and said that shay wanted to know how this was her fault and i said " even if ur mad at your best friend, you don't talk sh*t about them behind their backs" and steve wouldn't tell me what shay said. so at the end of the day, steve was trying to convince me to say sorry, and i said "you can tell her i'm sorry she's a b****" and then at safety patrol dune (my friend, i'm not sure if she hates me) said that shay was mad at jaya cuz shay didn't say any of that, which is bull because she already confessed that she said it

My 13 year old son isnt doing too well in schol this year. I feel hes being lazy and only doing what he has to. He is going through that mouthy, stubborn stage thats welll known for kids at this age. When I was talking to him about his grades I told him that he was going to have to repeat the grade. He said NOOOO mom Im not, dad said that I could go to summer school. I dont feel that summer school is ok. I think that they give them work thats 2 grades below their education level to pass them by. I want him to be ready for the 8th grade before he gets in there. I told him that he either bringshis grades up or repeat the 7th grade. I also feel that my ex husband is too busy trying to be a friend instead of a parent. Its not a matter of me getting him more because we have joint custody so we both get him the same amount of time. Im tired of being the bad guy in every battle with my son, and my ex getting all glory. even his wife addmits that hes too permissive. what is your advice, Also

If a person's last period was about nov. 26-29 and she started feeling sick on dec. 9-10 could this mean that the person is pregnant? aren't the "symptoms" a little too early?

I got off of BC pills the end of Aug. Every month I have had a regular 28 day cycle. I have had the regular PMS symptoms but my periods have been lighter than before, lasting 3-4 days but just much lighter. I have been charting my temps for 2 months now. I am having strange temp rises and dips and I am very consistent about taking my temp everyday. This has been the pattern of my temps for the past 2 months:
Day 11- 97.2
Day 12- 97.1
Day 13- 97.3
Day 14- 97.5
Day 15- 97.5
Day 16- 97.6
Day 17- 98.1
Day 18- 97.4
Day 19- 97.1
DAy 20- 98.2
DAy 21- 98.3
Day 22- 97.9
My pattern is the same for 2 months now (give or take a tenth degree or so). I had ovulation symptoms (moodiness, fertile cm, high cervix, cramping) around day 13-14 both months.
MY QUESTION IS WHEN DID I ACTUALLY OVULATE? Based on fertilityfriend.com it says day 19 but that doesn't coincide with my other ovulation symptoms. Also, I tried an OPK for 4 days and never got a surge ( I did it from day 11-14). Help!

The baby came out in the toilet. She went to the ER - they told her everything came out but did no exam and then she went back to a party less than 45minute later. Later she had some cocktails and danced and look fine and happy also. Is this behavior normal or should I be worried. We really wanted a baby and tried for very long - she was worried that she could not have a child. She was 12 weeks or so pregnant. Some say maybe she was not really pregnant as we got engaged only after she announced being pregnant. I'm not sure what is going on. Could it be unreal? Ideas?
