Okay honestly there's no way my son could be a weenie, because with my husband's genes he would just be able to beat everyone up. But I don't want his name to be made fun of. So which name sounds the best for a future football player and hottie?
Ethan James
Owen Patrick
William Edward
Dillon Thomas
Gregory Vincent

Which do you think would be worse. Finding out that your child is the target of bullies? Or finding out that your child is targeting others? (Obviously, we wouldn't want to find out EITHER, and most would claim their child wouldn't be bullying if raised properly, but I'm just asking for opinions in a hypathetical way)

Stacey-Louise. i was born in London and my surname would have been Smith.

My parents now, when they got me they changed it to Louise Stacey. (not hyphenated, first name just louise). I often wish they hadn't tho cos Louise Stacey doesnt flow!! lol

what do u think is nicer? Stacey-Louise, Stacey, or Louise?

How old was child when he/she could feed himself/herself with a spoon or fork? My little boy hasn't really shown too much interest until yesterday and then all of a sudden he wanted to do it himself. I handed him the spoon and he fed himself both meals yesterday without dropping or spilling. He is almost 16months old bye the way... I was just wondering if he should be doing this all the time or if it was a fluke or what... thanks to all who respond!

my 11 year old son pees on the toilet and never lifts the toilet seat up. well my son is a litle small for his age, he's thin too. So i was getting tired cleaning the toilet so much and i went to the store and got him some pull ups. he fit in them perfectly. I gott the biggest size there was, and whenever he is home he isn't allowed to use the toilet unless he learns how to. If I decide to let him try to do it then if he goes IN the toilet, i take the pullups off and let him use it. But if i find it on the toilet seat then i put him back into the pull ups. All i do is buy them, he changes them. I just had to do something because it was getting a little too crazy cleaning my toilet over 4 times a day. the pullups are fine on him, his friends don't know, its just an at home thing. but my son thinks that its unfair and its not his fault, but it is his fault because he needs to know how to aim. I'm right arent I? Its not my fault he does that to the toilet.

I was pregnant and birthed a child 4 years ago, unfortunalty he passed at 14 months old. Ever since then I have not been able to conceive. My husband and I began going to the IVF clinic about 2 months ago. I went through all of the test and found out that everything was fine. During my consoltation she prescribed Clomid. I just want to go through with IVF because the changes of having multiples is greater and after 4 years of trying I want to go through a procedure that is more promising. Is Clomid the common approach to becoming pregnant with assistance or can I just ask for Invetro. Has anyone had good experiences with Clomid as opposed to Invetro.

Ths is my son first year (pre-k) the teacher pinned the bus rider papers to their shirts with name and address on it. i go to get my son and 3 kids get off and dont even live there. (prek students) my son wasnt on the bus he was still at the school. i didnt have my car and i also had my 1 years old and my 2 year old and we had to WALK without a stroller to the school and he was the only one still sitting there alone, all the other kids were gone for the day. this has always been my worst fear that hed get dropped off in the wrong spot and someone steals him. the parents just wait on the side so the diver doenst kno whos kid is who. there was another black kid waiting in the school and they sent her out thinking she belongs to me!!! if i was looking for kids to steal all i'd have to do is wait at the bus stop or walk up to the school and theyll just give me one to steal and wouldnt think twice. this is horrible. my son is still learning his address!! what ur opinion?? mom's help!!

i just found out that my step son (9 years old) was molested by someone in his mothers family. he is now in counceling for it and seems to have a really bad attitude about life. i have never known anyone this has happened to and i am very confused about the whole thing because a friend told me that children that have been molested do it to other children. Well I have a son his age , and the boys share a room when my step son is there. and we also have a newborn daughter. i am very worried but i don't know how to approach my husband about it because i don't want him to get mad and i don't want to upset anyone. is this true that children that have been molested do it to other children? this is not to accuse or offend anyone, i just need answers. should i seperate the boys from sleeping in the same room together? help?

I answered a question the other day where somebody asked what age boys get interested in girls. I answered and said that my son, who is age 16, would much rather go fishing than chase girls and that I was GLAD OF THAT. You wouldn't believe the number of "thumbs down" that I got!! What the heck? LOL And no, he is not gay. He just has his priorities in order. Why would somebody find that offensive?

I was just told by a woman at work to stay away from this other woman because she thinks she has the chicken pox. What could happen to me from being exposed? I had chicken pox when I was 21. I will be 18 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Thanks for all advice. And please don't say "I don't know why don't you call the Doctor" I don't know if she has them or not yet.

I have never had trouble asking my parents about sex and I have been open with them since I found out at age 9. I was wondering why teenagers AND parents have trouble discussing it since it is healthy and natural part of life and marriage. I had a question previously asked today because my firends' parents never did give them the talk. We had 3 years of sex ed and they are still clueless. I just wanted to know why there is a problem about discussing it.

I'm thinking I could be pregnant..my husband and I have been trying for a few months now and no luck so far, but lately i had felt these annoying little pokes or cramps kinda in my abdomen..they weren't bad, but just annoying and they didn't last very long that was about 10 days post ovulation. recently i have noticed that the inside of my vagina feels like really smooth, and usually i can sorta feel ripples...its like the inside is firm. And my cervix is kinda relaxed and in a medium position

I asked about this a few days ago, but i would like some more answers and more details.

I am 35 weeks 1 day preggo, I am 1 cm dilated (as of monday, that is what i was) and 50% effaced. how long can someone walk around like that? I take care of 3 kids during the day so i am very active. the baby's head is VERY low and my cervix is really really soft.

has anyone had a baby at 34, 35, 36 weeks? were there any problems? how long was baby in the hospital? i am worried about her/his ( we didnt find out the sex) lungs, the baby having problems keeping up the body temp, and the sucking and swallowing reflexes.

THANK YOU for all of your help, it is greatly appreciated!

my daughter is just over 3 months old. she is a vey hungary baby and although she was born at 6lb 9 1/2 oz she is now the weight of a 4-5 month old(accoring to the guidelines on the back of the formula) i havnt started to give her solids yet because people keep telling me its too early but she has 6 oz every 2-3 hours. ill be lucky if she goes 3. the thing is though she sleeps through the night so im not sure wheather shes eating more during the day because she hasnt eaten in the night? sometimes she will wake up at about 3 o clock but thats quite rare! id just like some opinion on this as it would help me alot to know when you all started feeding your baby solids!
thanks x

During school about two-three days ago I was leaking abolic fluid really bad . I got rushed to the hospital and they said I wasn't dialated but I could go any day now. so, they sent me home to enduce labor and I was to go back if anything happened. Well, my mother is taking control over everything and she called my school and said I was returning Tuesday if I don't have this kid by than. I don't feel comfertable or safe returning but she insists i'm fine.. She won't let me make this decision on my own.. I rather be at home where the doctor is on call 24/7. When can I take medical leave from school, do I need my mom's permission and how do I go about doing that?. what do u guys think would be best?

I am expecting my second child and I am 34 weeks pregnant. I had my first child by C-section because my contractions got weak and the baby was under stress. Now,I got a different doctor, because we moved in another State. Well,as this morning,he left the choice to me. I can schedule a C-section or I can try Natural birth. I am so confuse, I am going crazy and of course I am afraid too. Any help and/or suggestion would be appreciate. Thank you
