I DO NOT want to wean. He's still 4 months old. should I give him one bottle in the morning, the evening? would one bottle do the trick? should I give him small amounts several times a day after breast-feeding? I am really frustrated by all the puking! HELP!!!

I have a classmate who wants to take me to the hairsalon to change my hairstyle or something. However I'm not sure if I should go with her becuz 1.I have some self image issues and I'm afraid to spend money at the salon and feel like it was a waste of time and $ cuz I'll probably still hate the way I look. (A haircut doesn't usually make me feel better about myself)

2.I'm afraid that I will look stupid infront of my other classmates becuz it will look like I have no voice of my own and no self identity (because I'll be letting someone else convince me to change my hairstyle)

At the same time I do want to go with her because I need more friends and this will be the perfect opportunity to gain a new friend. So what shoud I do??? Will I look stupid if I let her convince me to change my hairstyle??

I have a 3 year-old who I suspect is autistic, due his lack of vocabulary, and some odd behaviors, like clapping his hands in frustration, extreme hyperactivity, covering his ears and echolia. He is on the waiting list right now to be diagnosed. He's been in speech for over a year now to no avail. What were the signs and symptoms that your kids displayed or did display? Did they develop normally and then regress or did they start behind and stay behind. I am interested in knowing how life has been for your kids i school and coping with everyday life. I'm so worried that when I am no longer here my son won't be able to care for himself. Also I am 31 weeks pregnant and I was wandering if you had multiple children with autism, however I am divorced so my children donot have the same father.

I have a little cousin who is a boy and is 9 years old. Im not sure if to decide if he is spoiled or not. These are the reasons why. First of all when I got my cell phone, he right away ran up to his mom (my aunt) and begged for a cell phone. 2 days later he got a motorola razor and 500 minutes. I have an old phone and 50 minutes. He has also gone through 3 ipod nanos. The first one he lost, the second one he left on his bedroom floor and stepped on, and the third one fell in the bath tub. His parents replaced all three. Then last week he left his phone in his pocket and it went through the wash. 3 days later he got a new motorola razor and an extra 100 minutes. He also has so many game consoles its sick. He mistreats them all aswell. He currently has 2 Xbox 360's, 2 PS2's, 2 PSP's, 1 Xbox, 1 PS3, and 1 Gameboy Advace SP. Then when he doesn't get what he wants or doesn't get his way he gets mad and won't talk to anyone and won't do anything untill he gets His way. Is he getting spoiled

my cousin said she had her cycle earlier this month, around the 2nd, and then earlier this week she had sporadic bleeding, sometimes heavy sometimes light and that there were clumps of tissue, and she was having bad cramps and in pain.....and she's afraid she may have had a miscarriage and she's all upset so i was trying to see if anyone had any more info on this...thanks!

I mean seriously don't people realize the problems kids bring (financial,social,etc.) to your life? Are there people out there who live in their own little world and don't learn from other people's hardships? Does this just show that most kids are unplanned?

I mean right now I'm in a nice relationship, (I'm straight), but year after next I will be moving to another state and I have always considered AI as a means of creating a family. Why is what I'm doing wrong when I see so many people who have children out of wedlock, some women don't know who the fathers, many couples didn't plan the child, many don't want the child and then end up having and abusing/neglecting & resenting the child for being born. My family says I can adopt, but honestly that is not an option for me, I don't want someone else's child. I want to be pregnant. I want to give birth to MY child who has MY lineage. Many people say a child needs a father 2 parents do not ensure the success of a child. I believe you play the hand that your dealt. Being a product of a single family home for me makes me see that I can do it, and it will be under better circumstances. My mom didn't want us and had us in high school. I am an adult and waiting to finish law school.

I am ---I love it, it's hard and worth living in a smaller house, and right now no car but I wouldn't trade it in for the world..my kids don't go for want and are happy and content. I'd hate to miss all the joys and sorrows.

My son is 5. He started school this year. Last night when I was doing homework with him. I notice he was moving a lot. I was tring to read to him, but was getting a little upset because he would not sit down and listen. We have never had problems with him before. He also goes on the bus, we have been having a little bit of trouble there. The bus driver said he does not keep his hands to himself. He is not a violent child. Also when he plays PS3 on weekends, I noticed he starts to jump up and down alot and getting a little hyper. When he plays with his gameboy he does not do this, does he just get excited when he plays. Is this normal behavior or would he have ADHD?

I just got my BFP 3 days ago on the 28th. I am about 5 weeks along, 2 weeks before my breasts were sore, I couldn't lay on my stomach. Now the pain has subsided a little bit. Is that normal?

So we have TTC for nearly 8mo. AF is due tomorrow- but i took an early preg. test yesterday- negative result. called my OBGYN to discuss why (we have a 2 yr old and no prior fertility issues) He asked me when my LMP was (8/5 27 day cycle), I told him I got a neg test he did not ask me for another urine sample or blood work. He did do an internal exam and took a few swabs to make sure everything was ok- My question is, would he beable to rule out pregnancy for sure by looking and doing an internal exam? I have some classic preg symptoms..tiredness, prominent veins accross my breast, mild nausea. Please advise??

I can go for a day without eating or longer and physically wont get hungary. i once went a week and even if i havent eatoen for 2 days when i finally eat i cna hardly eat anything. Yet somedays i eat all the meals but not huge portions like half a pice of bread for breakfast, half a plate of chips for lunch and a pizza. I also feel so ill after eatign and sometime the idea of eating make me sick. I havent been hungary in months.I think that i should loose weight though people constantly tell me i am skinny and have a great body i feel fat. i am a an english size 6-8(Ameican 4-6) in everything and i ma 5 ft 8. I hate being fat. When ever i eat something like chocolate i feel really guilty and when i eat a snack. is this normal?

Well, i think my husband has more of the baby blues than me!

Our son is about to turn 2 years old. He is a little ahead for his age, so he seems older. Lately, my husband has been bringing up the subject of having another baby. I think its a great idea. We can afford it, we just bought our first house this year, and our friends/family are supportive of the idea.

The only problem, something stopping me and i dont know what and why. Whats the matter with me? LOL

I guess i was just wondering, for all those parents who have more than 1 child. what is teh age difference between your children?

I am on Birtch Control pills, so we planned to stop taking them and wait a few months before TTC. So, buy the time we actually get pregnant, the baby will be due around the time our son will be turing 3 years old.

I am excited to start trying, but a little nervous, and i dont even know why. Our first son sadly passed away, for those you know me(i havent been on here for about 1 year).

My fiance and i just suffered a miscarriage of our first child. We were planning on waiting until i was out of the danger zone of my first trimester to tell our families, but i miscarried at 9- 10 weeks. We talk about it often but still have no idea if we should tell our families or keep it between us. It was such a devastating loss that we dont know whether we want to tell our families.
