Is it? I think majority of people don't find pregnant women attractive but there could be exception. This also depends on the lady herself who already very attractive even before she gets pregnant.

Pregnant women have the GLOW, but its not really good to be attracted to pregnant women due to the fact that they are PREGNANT.. and most likely already have a partner

Same reason people are attracted to used cars. They have been broken in,
They don't require special treatment,
You know you arn't the first or the only one who has been in it
People know somebody had it before you did
There is no long term contract
The longer you keep them the more money they will cost.
You try not to think about who had it before you.
Or how good it must have been to have it when it was new.
You expect it to be a little worn You know its been around the block a few times and it may have had multiple owners, but you believe that there are some good miles left on it.

It seems so natural for people to be attracted to pregnant women -and to want to touch the swollen round belly ( watch out here)
I think part of it has to do with the propagation of the species- that is the future of the human race in there !

Because pregnant women are beautiful. My husband said I was more beautiful than he had ever seen me. A mature man doesn't see stretch marks and the downsides, he sees a woman at her most feminine point in her life

It has actually been proven that men are attracted to pregnant women because it shows that they are carrying on the human race and are capable of doing so. It makes them seem more womanly. I have no idea how this was proven, I just read it once.

Older men who are done being boys, who value life, can see the beauty in pregnancy women.
Beyond all that, some men have a pregnant woman fetish.

Because they are beautiful! The pregnant body symbolizes womanhood and life. It's not surprising that you are attracted to such a wonderful thing.

It's because we have a healthy glow and the fact that we're pregnant signifies that we're indeed fertile and healthy. Breast get larger and so on and so forth =]
