positive ovulation strip for pregnancy?

if u were pregnant and didnt know yet and were testing for ovulation would the ovulation test strips come up positive cus i keep getting positives?

Ovulation strips test for a different hormone than pregnancy strips. Theyre not the same thing. You cannot be pregnant and have an LH surge, you have a HCG hormone present instead.
