I want to change my middle name. Does anyone have any information on how much it costs, how old you have to be, or how to do it? I live in North Carolina. (Please excuse the catagory, no other catagory fits this question.)

My 23-month-old son is unnervingly bright and energetic, which is great. However, he is very strong and very wilful and when his dad is at work I have real problems disciplining him. I have introduced a 'naughty cushion' which works great - when I can get him on there!
When he has tantrums he gets really aggressive, although when he is calm he is wonderfully affectionate. I am covered in bruises and scratches.
I don't like shouting, but have found I have had to a few times lately as he just laughs if I talk to him in a firm, hard voice.
How can I outwit him?

Iam currently 6 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend of 3mnths have discussed it with both our families. Everyone (including him) are happy and all say that we should keep it and that they will support my decision - regardless if its to abort or to keep it - Iam worried that:
a) we both not ready for a child (I am 24 - 25 in the next 5 months- and he is 32)
b) Iam just getting out from Major debt and only getting on our feet with that
c) its only been a 3 month relationship and isnt it too early for something like this to happen?
Iam really confused on what to do? I really cant come to terms with the abortion, but i feel that the financial and then my thoughts on not being ready on a mature level could pose a problem?
what should i do????

Ok so I am writing a story for a competition and need a baby name. In the story a baby girl is named after her great grandfather. The great grandfathers name is Dylan and I was thinking of naming the baby girl Dylaney (pronounced: da-lane-ee also spelt Delaney). Is this name too strange/different? Any other suggestions?
