I love the name Alice. I don't think it's too common. I think it's stood the test of time and is very pretty.

Those names are fine. Which one does she look more like and call her that one. Thats what I did with my daughter. I was caught between Ann and Olivia. Ann suited her better and its been her name for 7 years.
Say one of the names and look at her and then the other and look at her. You will be able to choose.

I love the name Madeline as I love "Maddie" for short. I feel though, when you pick a name, you need to make sure it is a name that you will love forever, not a name that you like now and will hate in a year's time!!
