I can go for a day without eating or longer and physically wont get hungary. i once went a week and even if i havent eatoen for 2 days when i finally eat i cna hardly eat anything. Yet somedays i eat all the meals but not huge portions like half a pice of bread for breakfast, half a plate of chips for lunch and a pizza. I also feel so ill after eatign and sometime the idea of eating make me sick. I havent been hungary in months.I think that i should loose weight though people constantly tell me i am skinny and have a great body i feel fat. i am a an english size 6-8(Ameican 4-6) in everything and i ma 5 ft 8. I hate being fat. When ever i eat something like chocolate i feel really guilty and when i eat a snack. is this normal?

Those meals are not my normal oens that i eat. more like a pice of chiccke a potatoe and soem peas. i eat healthy when ieat, but the reason i feel fat is becasue my older sister who is 16 (i ma 14) calls me fat constantly, becuase i used to be really sporty and gain abit of wight when i dropped some of them.

that you feel sick if you eat.

That right there would suggest you have an eating diorder called
anerexia.
Tell your mum now!! or somone else
and also just keep saying
i'm growing i need food


in no cases is it acceptable not to eat for a week

you need at leat 3 meals a day even if their small meals just eat an apply if it makes you feel better

and the important thing

DONT FEEL GUILTY!!
evereyone eat there would be no one walking around if they didn't eat they'd be trembling

Honey you aint fat trying looking at me i'm a size 12/14 and i'm not fat your tall and slim

all the guys will for you if you let your personality shine through, and not worry about what you look like becuase it makes you jealous of other girls

Never compare yourself to others

your always going to feel bad if you do becuase you beautiful body is unique!

Yes you have something wrong with you. Even if it was just an eating disorder you would still be hungry just not eat or eat and throw up. Since you are physically not hungry and when you are hungry you eat the wrong foods I would say it is time to see the Dr NOW. No you aren't fat but you are also not eating healthy. You need to eat fruits and veggies and proteins to stay healthy. With the way you are eating now you really need to get the help of a Dr, a psychologist and a nutritionist to help you get to where you should be when eating. You are really messing up your body right now.

I am happy to see that at least you are suspecting something. Those meals you described are not normal meals and you should not go a week without eating. You need to see a counselor. Find out what the underlying problem is. You are going to become really sick if you do not get on a better eating scheduled.

An english size 6-8 is actually closest to a US size 0-2. At 5ft8, this is scary skinny. You need to seek professional help as you have a distorted body image and are verging on developing an eating disorder.

Normal for anorexia, yes.

you are causing damage to your body that cannot be repaired, and you need to get treatment before it shortens your life expectancy.

Not eating causes neurological damage, renal failure, gastro-intestinal bleeding and damage, not to mention defeciencies of all kinds, and bone density loss.

You are killing yourself, slowly, but effectively.

The girl above me has no idea what she's talking about. I suffered from anorexia as a teen, NOT something to mess around with. The fact that you can go days without eating or being hungry, and then be in pain when you do eat, or feel sick when you do, is sign that you digestive system is shutting down, you can actually kill yourself because of this. Its like the people from the nazi camps, they were so starved that many of them died from eating when they were finally rescued.

Go to a doctor and get help.

you have all the classic signs of being anorixic. At least you are questioning yourself about it before it gets worse.

there is absoutly nothing wrong with food, or consuming it. Now if you were binge eating, that would be a problem. But anyhow, go to a local clinic and sit down with a dr asap and tell him what is goin on. They will probably send you to mental health. Done be ashmed, you have a problem, and it's best to have it addressed asap. No one wants to see another nicole richie. its not cute, or healthy, and it only spreads to younger girls it's ok, to be a stick. there are better ways to be skinny that not eating.
seriously, having muscle tone is far better than being a skinny twig with cellulite. look at paris hilton's legs, she's got dimples on her upper thighs, same as posh spice. they just look sick, not glam. Look at real woman and look up to them. Charlise theron, she works out every day and is damn near perfect. look at Jessica biel. she's proof hard work, and eating normal is the way to go.

Sounds like you do. Eating is our body's way of sustaining itself. You've become too concerned about what you look like and not concerned enough about your health.
Words from a healthy American male,
You really need to eat something everyday. Pizza bad, fruit good, OK?
Also, I have to tell you I would rather be with someone who is a happy chubby healthy girl than be with a sick skinny unhappy girl. You don't need to be as thin as Kate Moss to look good.
Did you ever watch "The Princess Diaries". That girl got quite chubby for that role and I still thought she looked good.

Hey,sound like your skinny.No it sounds like me!
When I got pregant at age 19 after losing 3 kids I was 5'7 and 110 # I had to go to the jr to buy clothes because it was really hard at that time to find zeros,so here I am in the doctors offices and the doctor walk in and told me sorry but its just a matter of time tell you loss this one too,your to skinny and your body cant handle the stress,we are going to send you to a nurt. to see if they can help I went and did not like what they said
1.You have to eat three meals aday !
(DIDNOT WANT TO EAT AND NOW THE MORNING SICKNESS TO)
2.keep a dairy of everything you eat
3.take down all the mirrors in your house
(YES THAT RIGHT NOW I CAN'T EVEN SEE TO FIX MY HAIR)
4.we won't chart you gained weight for the baby till you get to be 140#

So yes I would get help now if you ever want to have a child!

Um look here child. Get some help because you need to eat and if you think you are fat with those measurements you have some SERIOUS body issues. So tell a parent, friend, friend's parents, parent's friend, counselors...strangers..whoever. Just get yourself together. Because you are beautiful and you just really need to appreciate who you are all that you do. You body is gift and you deserve to love it and be loved by it. Don't compare yourself to tooth picks on the television because they aren't you and they don't have the beauty that only you possess. Have a good day.

girl you need to nip this in the butt ASAP, cause the longer you let these feelings seep into your life and being habits the harder it is to break. It's a mental illness, it's not your fault, don't feel bad when you ask for help for it because it's not something you chose to have, and it's not something you can just instantly delete from your life. I would definitely advise you seek treatment, you sound thin already and losing more would make you look gross, and your body could begin to shut down and that's not worth it at all <3. You are young and have so much more to live for, and food we NEED to live.
