Luciano, even though in your culture is a boys name without question, here is sounds so much like Lucy and nothing else. Its bound to cause him grief in school.
I love Lorenzo though.

Too many 'L's and the first two words shouldn't end the same, as if they're rhyming!

It's unique. I don't like it but I don't hate it either. I don't really know how I feel abou it. But it's unique and I like unique names! So whatever you wanna do.....
