I babysit for my cousin. It's not much, about 250 dollars a month, but it sure seems to help! Good luck!

When i was a stay at home mum, i ran a catalogue so I could buy extras with the commission, I was an Avon Lady for a while, I had party plan parties. I worked evenings for a couple of months b4 Xmas, I cleaned the dentist surgery 2 mornings a week and I made 3d greetings cards. It was mostly only 'pin money' but it helped.

Right now i don't have any income coming in other than childsupport (ex left after we had agreed i would be a stay at home mom) but during the spring, summer and fall months I usually help my mom and stepdad with their business of selling stuff from home. My aunt does Avon and my friend does Mary Kay. Also know a few stay at home moms that sell the toys, one makes candles to sell. You have to find what you are good at, your skills that you can use from home. Like if you are good at typing you can do data entry. Many places are looking for at home data entry workers because it saves the companies money because they don't have to rent a building or anything. I have a friend that did schooling for medical transcripts and she makes pretty good money doing that but the thing you have to remember is with all of the work at home stuff you have to pay in at the end of the year to taxes.

I'm lucky since I've been a freelance translator, working from home, since 2003. I can't work as much as I used to, but I can't complain either. I have a high maintenance 7 1/2 month old baby lol.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I work part-time in the evening 4 nights a week when my husband is home. Its not the best situation, but it gets me out of the house and I make a little extra money for us.
I would like to learn of different ways as well.

I worked part-time at the YMCA. I could put my daughter in the childwatch area for 3 hours each day. So my supervisor scheduled my shifts for only 3 hours a couple of days a week.
I also sell Gold Canyon Candles. I love it!! The candles are a cool burning wax, so they are safer around children...no burns from wax! Less expensive than Yankee!!

I have looked all over and not found any legitimate things to do while staying at home. My husband took on a well paying part time job instead in addition to his full time job and we just closely budget every month. We hate not having any extra money, but it is worth it for me to stay home.

Accounting. That is of course what I went to college for so it makes it easy for me. My mom was an at home mom and she sold Avon and Tupperware from the home!
Yea, for stay at home moms! The ultimate care giver for our children!

I hire someone to ride with me and my son while I put up signage and POS things for phillip morris.
Before that I bought things at auction and sold them on ebay, after that I made baby slings and sold them on ebay.
If i didnt do those, i'd take in a child to watch for extra money.
Anything that can first allow me to be home with my child, and make some income to help my husband.

I do medical transcription ,which is great because I control how much I make depending on the amount of time I want to put into it. I have two children under the age of three at home with me so my time varies. good luck
