If you want it to be Alivia, I would say Alivia Lynn. But if you wanted Olivia, I really liked Olivia Paige and Olivia Grace. For Abigail, I would say Abigail Kennedy, or Abigail Elizabeth.

I'd definitely avoid a middle name that begins with the same letter the first name begins (and ends!) with. Too repetitive.
Also, what's with the "Alivia" spelling? If Olivia's meaning is related to "olive," is Alivia simply "alive?" LOL Odd. It's a top ten name, no matter how you spell it. Complicating things won't make it any less popular.

It's Olivia, not Alivia. Alivia sounds like a prescription drug.

I'm sorry, but Alivia does sound like a prescription drug.
My daughters name is Abigail. I love it. (obviously) It doesn't make such a great middle name though. And you don't want her first name and middle name to both me vowels....it doesn't sound right.
I like Olivia Grace, Abigail Grace, any combo of those names.
