right first off this is not your waters if it was you would be having a constant trickle and i would imagine some painful cramps either that or you would of had a huge gush of water which im sure you would not of missed
its more likely just some cm discharge which is very common in pregnancy or your bladder is weakening and your peeing a little you could try pelvic floor which will strengthen your muscles up you basically tighten the muscles that you use if you want to stop the flow of urine when having a wee
try to do it without holding your breath, squeezing your buttocks or pulling in your tummy muscles
hold the squeeze for several seconds and then relax
now pull the muscles up tight and fast then relax
do them several times aday in batches of five
of course if your really worried give you health care provider a call that's what there their for
good luck

My water broke at 34 weeks and I thought it was pee. I had apparently been leaking for weeks...just little dribs and drabs of fluid that I couldn't control.
I don't want to scare you, but I would call your doctor and let them know. Sometimes pee is pee, but sometimes, parts of the amnio sac and get ruptured and leak. If that is the case, the doctors can usually put you on bedrest to help heal the rupture and possibly *refill* the sac if needed - both will stop you from going into preterm labor.
Do not take your chances thinking its just pregnancy incontinence, get it checked out. They can see if its amnio by doing a little fluid test with these Q-tip type things (not painful :)) Good luck!

Same thing happen to me Tuesday and Wednesday morning. I am 22 weeks along. It was as if I peed on myself. I thought I broke my water and went to the doctor. Everything was fine with the baby. My doctor couldn't figure out what was the problem but it hasn't happened again. She told me that I probably had an accident without realizing it. (EW) I had a rough start, had some bleeding in early pregnancy due to a clot, so many of the things that happen to me are related to my earlier problems. Every pregnancy is different as well as every women body is different. The only thing I would suggest is going to see your doctor or calling them.

I cant help you with an explanation but i had the same thing happen to me this morning, I'm a little worried because I'm only 14 weeks, it didn't just feel like I'd peed myself but more like a dribble of clear, hot, fluid. Very strange

This is going to sound really gross...! but when you are pregnant your cervical mucus can get really runny and warm/hot. There generally isn't a lot of it but it can feel like you just pee'd yourself. This can also happen after ovulation past mid cycle/before you get a period. Double check with your doctor to be sure its not hind waters rupturing (i doubt it is) but I'm guessing its just normal womanly discharge. Sorry if that was TMI !
(or maybe due to pressure on your bladder, you may have just leaked a little. be sure to practice your pelvic floor exercises!)
good luck and congrats!

most likely it was watery discharge. I happened to me a couple times and i thought my water broke... turns out.... usually when it "leaks" it leaks a LOT even if it is not a gush...
If you are concerned, though, call your doc and have them check you out.
Good Luck :)

Get checked out immediately, if possible phone your maternity unit or midwife. Don't be scared, it's probably nothing but you need to be sure for peace of mind. Good luck with your new baby,
