they say that male sperm are faster swimmers and femalesperm live longer, so that's why for a boy they say to have sex the day before ovulation, and the day of ovulation.

In theory its supposed to work, but at the end of the day you only get a 50/50 chance of boy/girl so its not really up to us.
Cervical mucus isn't a clear indication of ovulation either so best to get an ovulation test kit to give you a better idea.

I found that you seem to conceive a boy if you have sex around the time the egg is released, boy sperm is more fragile than girl sperm. If you want a girl try to have sex the day before you ovulate, so all the boy sperm die off. Worked for me, have a boy and girl by that method. Trying for girl no 2, lol

The myth is that the day of ovulation if you have sex you will better your chances of having a boy. You will have uterus mucus before the day that you ovulate so unless you are taking ovulation test you probably wont know the exact day you ovulated.

Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.
