I'm trying to find healthy alternatives to my usual chips and dip, which is definitely not so healthy. I'm pregnant now and I don't wanna gain too much weight. What do yall think of reduced fat Triscuits w/ cheddar? Or would it be bad to eat them w/ the cheddar? What would be some other healthy toppings for the Triscuits? Thanks

my partner and i have regular sex. its not that we are trying to have a baby but im worried.
i have been in the pill on and off since i was 16 and am now 21, my partner and i have unprotected sex but i have never got pregnant, i am always missing out pills but still nothing. could it just be that ive been on the pill for those years or could it be something else.

I fed my 4 1/2 month old some green beans not even half the jar to see how she would react to make sure she isnt allergic and what not, Im not sure exactly how much I should let her eat, but hours later it seemed like she got really gassy is this an allergic reaction or is it maybe to much for her right now, she seems to do good with the other foods this has only happened with green beans and green peas but she seems to really like the green beans or is this just normal??? how much should i be giving her?

They say that when a woman reaches a certain age that her fertility starts tio decline after she reaches her 30's, but this is not the case with me, i am past 30 and i'm as fertile as they come, i have friends older than me and they consider themselves to be very fertile....so does it all depend on the woman and her menstrual cycle whether it's regular or irregular or does it just depend on the bodily make up of the woman and her biological clock really? or are some of us just more fertile than some? let me hear your honest views on this....

My period came on the day it was supposed to and it was normal and just as heavy as usual. We used a condom and i did not let him finish. My boobs are not sore, i don't urinate often, and i am not tired. I'm okay right?

I am 5 months pregnant and after reading this book I am very disheartened and depressed. She has made out having two children to be such a negative experience, the only good comments are squeezed into the last 2 pages!
Now I know having my second child will be hard and a big adjustment but I was actually looking forward to it and thought it would be fun and rewarding too.
Surely this book is being a little over the top? It can't possibly be that depressing to have 2 kids or noone would do it, let alone go on to have 3!

I'm in Middle School-sixth grade, and we had a mile run the other day. I ran and finished with 9:41. It says you should get from 9:00-12:00 and under 9:00 is going "beyond". Well, I really was aiming for about 10:00, and I'm proud of myself for reaching that goal. But somehow, I feel that it's slow. These other kids got like 16:00 or even 17 something. And these other kids got like 8:00 and even below! Somehow I feel like the time i got wasn't good enough. Was it?

i've been trying to concieve, therefore i have been having sex on the days that i am supposed to be ovualting, yesterday while having intercourse everything seemed fine, but today there was an awful pain in my lower right side, i thought it could possibly be my ovaries but im not 100% sure, so my question is what could be causing this? and has anyone else ever experienced this?

Another Question About Japan?
This is kinda a few questions in one, so, here it goes: We are planning on going to Japan, but we haven't set a date yet. My mom says definitely not this year, maybe in 2008. My twin sister and I are in 6th grade now, so in 2008 we will be in 7th grade. We would be staying for 2 years or more in Japan. (Mom is teaching English.) When do you think we should go?
Also, what are good places for tourist to go in Japan? What shrines should we visit? What sites should we see? What restaurants should we eat at? Where should we shop? Please write everywhere that you think is somewhere we definitely don't want to miss out on! Also, what are some things we should know before we go?
And, one last thing, how old do you have to be to get a job in Japan? This is purely out of curiosity.
