I would take him to the nearest hospital to be safe. If it is hypothermia then his body needs to be brought up to the proper temp. safely.

Sorry, thought he was little, in that case, ask him how he feels. If he feels cold, warm his room with a heater etc and let him sleep. If he feels too warm, take his temp and then (if he has no fever) make him wear appropriate indoor clothing (at least a t-shirt and shorts) and let him sleep. Now is a great time to cleanout the pantry and make lots of soup and hot chocolate etc. The warm liquid on the inside will help his body absorb the nutrition AND the heat and let his body use less energy. If all he feels like doing is playing video games, watching movies or sleeping, let him. Watching TV uses less energy than sleeping so if his mind is awake but his body is tired, it is a good option right now. What he needs most is some TLC. Even though he looks like a man, he needs a mommy now. Go ahad and indulge in the mommy stuff that you may never get to do again (the kisses, the hugs, making too much food etc). Your next opportunity may not come for years and then it will be the grandkids.
If he's not opposed, a family movie night under a blanket together on the couch would really help him (for al the reasons that it would help a baby to sleep on you).

It sounds as though you have posted this question before and are following up on some answers you got. First I'm sorry you had to experience callus people in your time of need. Second I hope your son is OK now. Third, there are some people on here who are not very nice or compassionate and I hope you can ignore them because there really are some cool people on this site who really want to help. Welcome>

hyperthermia ie overheating?

If its his head he is in VERY SERIOUS DANGER...

= brain swelling or pressure on skull aoosicated with a head injury.

Also may be ecstasy realted... you need to cool him and get him to a hospital quick if thats suspected... given his age both are likly.

If its a typo please check and explain in more detail as I dont think anyone has you right
