im booked to be induced in 2 days and i really want a natural starting birth! it s my 1st preg. and for the past 2 days ive been getting a clear jelly like discharge after the toilet..is it normal?sorry for being gross!

Sorry your so late its normal or mucus plug i guess plus everytime i was scheduled for induction i went into labor two days before so start walking and having sex and orgasms and all that stuff go walk around the mall and walk as fast as you can looking at stuff go around and around the mall to every store oush thru the pain and labor will come good luck

sounds like you are on your way! I would tell your doctor asap so they don't go ahead with the appointment to induce labor, especially if you really want it to come when the baby comes.
everything could be ok, but more issues can arise when you are induced. its better to let the baby come when she'he is ready.
Also, to try to induce the labor in a more natural way, try having sex. There is something in ejaculate that actually induces the labor when you are close.

Yes it is normal. I read this from the website below:
"You'll probably notice more vaginal discharge as you approach labor, although it's likely to look somewhat different from the flow you've become accustomed to. In very early pregnancy, cervical secretions filled your cervical canal and created a protective barrier — the so-called mucus plug."

An increase of discharge is normal during pregnancy. If it is green/brown/red or smells funny call your DR.

Yes that is your mucous plug congratulations! Birth should be close now, no more than 2 or 3 days....

it sounds like you are loosing your mucous plug. This occurs anytime between 2 days and 2 weeks before labor will start

Not gross. :) It is normal. It sounds like your mucus plus is breaking up. It can be twinged with pink or be clear.
Poor thing be overdue. :) Hang in there, it will happen soon!

it's normal. It could be part of your plug or just extra discharge.
I was induced and had a great experience. I hope your's goes just as smoothly as mine did.
