Alright- I know, I've been posting questions out the wazoo the last couple days...BUTTTT..

I'm (now) 39wks and 3 days...And here's a simple rundown..

Sunday night- Up and down all night w/what I thought were REAL contractions- They disappeared about 6am.

Monday morning- Lost a big piece of my mucous plug.

Monday afternoon- Lost bits and pieces of my mucous plug through the rest of the day/evening- Dealing w/a constant cramping feeling in my lower abdomen/back.

Tuesday- Still losing small bits and pieces of my mucous plug- And dealing with a constant cramping feeling in my lower abdomen/back..

Tuesday night- Lost what looked like a little white chunk? of something, it was really small..maybe the size of the end of a q-tip-still cramping.

Wednesday (so far)- Still cramping in abdomen/lower back..

These cramps feel like the ones I get the first week of my period..They're not so painful that I can't deal with them, But they're mighty uncomfy...

'cause I read somewhere that the rays are harmful for the unborn child. The Boss at Work keep giving me a bundle of photocopies with no respect at all.
I asked my friend who is a nurse and told me "Better safe than sorry, if I were you I would surely refuse !!!"
What's your opinion on it ?

Latley I have noticed yellow flakes (kinda look like dandruff) on my 2 yr olds scalp. I usually use good old Johnnsons baby shampoo, but for a couple of weeks i tried another sudsier brand "buddies" and i wonder if this caused it?
And is a little bit of conditioner to strong on their hair?

P.s I'm back to using the good ole stuff for a few weeks now :)

I have three great kids! My two older children are in school full time and my youngest is in pre-school, half days. Now that my children are self-sufficent, how do I start organizing my life and my home. I feel that for 9 years I have been helping my chidren, how do I start thinking of myself, my home and my life. If there is anyone who has a great schedule please feel free to help. If I don't have a routine going, I go crazy.
Thanks

My sister and I both have children. I had my kids first, and shortly after she had a daughter. My 5 year old is a really bright child and gets a lot of praise from the family because of it. My sister now picks on her and always tells her (unreasonably) to be quiet and to stop doing different things. She constantly talks about herself and her 17 month old daughter and is always trying to "prove" that her baby is "smarter" than my children. I try to ignore it, but I end up snapping at her because I feel she is singling out my daughter. It's as if no one else matters except her and her family when she's around. When I tried to talk with her about it, she became angry and said "Fine, I won't say anything the next time one of your kids tries to run out the front door!". I am at the end of my rope! My parents refuse to see that it could be anyone's fault but mine (I'm always the scape goat). HELP!

My friend is going to quit breastfeeding because her 4 month old is having bad reactions to the milk. My friend has tried medication for her daughter as well as changing her own diet. Nothing seems to help except a special formula. She feels like a failure as a Mom as she wanted to breastfeed exclusively for the first six months. What advice can I give her? What are the statistics on the number of Moms breastfeeding? What are other good ways for her to bond with her baby?

I'm sure anyone who got pregnant knows how you just start noticing cellulite on your buttox , hips and glutes( that's if you haven't had it before!!! and who doesn't) We all know that breastfeeding helps shedding offt he pounds and burning the fat since breast milk has a very high fat content. The question is: Will it ever get rid of the cellulite that developed during pregnancy??

Okay, I would love to hear your stories too, but why does this happen? I am 12 weeks pregnant...anyways, Last night I came home from shopping with my mom, I was perfectly fine, I didn't feel sad or anything, but when I got home, I was putting up some new curtains and I had also bought my husband a new coffee pot, well when he asked me why did I get one that color...I just started bursting out in tears, he was so shocked. I never cry! I couldnt stop myself from crying, and then again I didnt know why I was crying! I cried all night long! so then i took a shower and I was just fine, my brother calls me to ask me to bring over the monopoly game.... i forgot and there I went again... in constant tears! Is it my horomones? and when does it stop? thanks

My boyfriend and I this past weekend told our families about the new bundle of joy on the way. Everyone was thrilled and cant wait. Yet when family and friend called and visited and started calling me mommy and put their hands on my stomach i kinda felt uncomfortable. This is my first child and i dont know if its because im not used to all this attention. Anyone else feel this way with their first. Im just trying to get use to the idea of me being a mommy =)

I have used the ring for the past 4 months. Last month on the scheduled insertion date I was out of town & simply forgot to out it in when I got back.....I know, "duh"! 5 weeks later I still haven;t had a period, the urine test is negative & the dr. wants me to take another one in 2 weeks(she says it may be to early to know). In the meantime, insert a new ring. If I am pregnant counldn't this harm the fetus? What's the likelihood that I am pregnant ? Yes, there was unprotected sex.....often.

Were/are any of you terrified? I don't mean terrified of having a baby and being a mother, that I am so excited about. I mean terrified about every little thing you do and how it will effect the growing baby inside you, wondering if every twinge or spot that you feel and see is a sign of you losing the baby, etc. I know that I shouldn't worry until I have just cause to, but I am so scared that something will go wrong. Is this normal or am I just over reacting? Thanks!

I want honest answers. I haven't really had any major signs of pregnancy (no tender breasts, major cramping), but I am so nervous that I'm beginning to believe I am (after condom broke). For example, I am about 60% sure I had my period last week, but I think, 'What if this is just implantation bleeding?' Or when I get the slightest cramp, I think it could be related to pregnancy. Ladies, has this ever happened to you? Thought you may be pregnant? It's really stressing me out!
