Pregnancy & Parenting - 8 November 2006

My baby has switched to soy formula and I cannot get that residue out of the bottle.I use a bottle brush first,then run it through the dishwasher and it still remains.Any suggestions? Thanks!

alright what is the difference if there is any difference between early pregnancy discharge and pre period discharge?? i dont recall having the discharge that i am having now before any of my other periods so i am wondering if this could maybe be early pregnancy discharge. i am showing many other pregnancy symptoms such as sore boobs that feel as if they lost a boxing match lol, bloated tummy, feeling hungry all the time, mild headaches, fatigue, mild cramping, i had spotting not too long ago, and the discharge that i am having right now is a milky discharge and my urine is darker than usual, i am having slight cramps in my tummy and some pain in my lower back, and help on this would be oh so very appreciated. thanks a ton.

I know it is different for everyone, and there are factors such as age and what not that could affect it, but how long did it take for you to fall pregnant??? My husband and I have been trying 3 months so far....we are both in our 20s and capable of conceiving....so I just want to know about how long it should take, as well as how long it took you when you started trying to conceive?!! Thank you!!!

I am only 31/2 months pregnant and I pissed my pants while I was throwing up. I had no control over it, I couldn't run to the bathroom or stop it from coming out. I could see if I was almost 8months and the pressure of the baby was on my bladder but I am still freshly pregnant (right?) WTF is going on?

I have a 9yrold stepson. When he was little, he loved coming to see us and hated to go home. Now, we have to force him to come and he picks on little bro and sis(6&2). Some people won't come to our house when he's here because they think he's mean and hard to be around. I love him dearly, but he IS hard to be around. How do we deal without making him feel we love him less. His mom tells him he only has to come because it's the law-not because we love and miss him. She tells him when he's 12 he can tell the judge he doesn't want to come anymore. There has also been a couple of fondling incidents with his little brother at his Mom's house and a younger cousin. Both times both boys were touching each other. Really need help!

Does anyone know of anybody actually miscarrying after one? I have made up my mind not to have it, Im 36 on Friday, 12 weeks pregnant and know all the statistics, but was wondering if anyone actually knows anyone personally that has had problems after having one? Thanks

its been only 12 days since i has unprotected sex nea my ovulation date...
and i have been experiencing these symptoms since past 3 days...
-Sleepiness
Tiredness
Slight cramps
Backpain
Slight dizziness
Body warm.sometime at morning or mid evening...not sick for sure or stressed
Preg test -clear blue came negative did it on the 7th period due on 12

what does this all mean...

I am actually only 35 weeks pregnant. This is my second pregnancy and it has been very complicated. I have been having contractions for a little over a week and have dialated to 2 cm just recently after loosing my mucus plug. I had a fetal weight ultrasound at 33 weeks and 6 days and the baby weight in right over 5 pounds. My doctor is not too concerned about an early labor at this point, as he is big and seemingly healthy.
But down to my question. I am actually taking a large amount of iron daily (doctor's orders) as I am anemic. I have been taking them for well over a month and of course it comes to no suprise that they make me very constipated. But for the last 3 days it has been quite the opposite. I have passed several BMs each day with ease. It is quite strange.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a positive sign of progressing labor?

Have you or somone close to you ever had the baby's gender predicted by ultrasound and it was wrong?

I got an ultrasound yesterday and the tech said I'm having a boy!!! I didn't care either way, but a friend of mine wanted me to have a girl and when I showed my friend the ultrasound photos all I heard was: They're wrong!
I'm just curious how often this actually happens. (before I buy a bunch of blue stuff! lol)

My husbands grandfather is not doing so well, and he needs someone to take care of him. This has come about rather quickly, and we are going ot move in with his grandparents at the end of this month. My son is PETRIFIED to start a new school. I feel so horrible and I'm so scared for him to have to be so nervous and start a new school mid-year. He's in first grade. She has been potty trained for a year now but started pooing in her pants when her baby sister started to sit up and need more attention. I can see that it is an attention thing but I have run out of ideas to get her to stop. So far I have tried bribing, sad jar happy jar and putting her on the stairs where she doesn't stay and have now resorted to putting her in a room for 5 minutes without toys. All of these have not worked as she doesn't think she is doing anything wrong. Apart from the pooing she is pretty well behaved. Any suggestions are welcome.
