Some of these are signs of inpending menstration as well.
I wouldnt have recommend you takeing a pregnancy test at this point, as it still to early and your period hasn't had the chance to be late!
However wait until the 12 when your period is actually due and if it is missed take a test. There honestly isnt no point in taken a test now its to early! And of course you will get a negative!

It means you are upset and paranoid that you might be pregnant and your stress is manifesting itself into what you percieve to be physical symptoms. Of course you COULD BE pregnant...but you wouldn't be having these symptoms quite so soon if you are pregnant. Wait until after your period is due, if you are late, THEN take another test. Meanwhile, keep thinking positive thoughts (like, oh boy, I might be pregnant, or, oh boy, I'm not pregnant!) drink some tea, allow yourself a little extra sleep in case you really might be sick from the flu or a cold, and just take care of yourself. Tell yourself you will deal with it when you know for sure, and until then get on with your life.

I as soon as went to dinner with a man pal and did not inform my husband approximately it. It used to be totally platonic, I've in no way had emotions for this man, he's only a best pal and exciting to speak to. My ex-husband had primary believe disorders so telling him could make him whine and pout like a youngster. Moral of my tale is: routinely individuals are overly paranoid. It sounds such as you each have primary believe issues. I advocate that the 2 of you sit down down and talk about what is REALLY bothering you. What are your fears? Get them out within the open to restrict splitting up.

You could have pms, you could be pregnant. Although the symptoms you described don't usually start (except the cramps) until later. I had pms like cramps for a few days before I expected my period and a couple weeks after I learned I was pregnant. Retest when your period doesn't start.
