One of my twin girls is 16 lbs 6 oz is that to much weight for a 4 month old baby?? My other twin girl is 14 lb 4 oz. Theye were born at 36 weeks on 07/06/06.

How might i include my kids in the adult areas of the home without letting these social spaces become a play room. Should the living room be play free? I am 29 yrs old. I had my first child at 25 C-Section. I have been trying to have another child for 4 yrs and my husband and I hasn't been successful. My period has been playing tricks on me. One month I would miss and then I miss 2 months and then one time i even stayed on for 30 days. Right now i am 2 weeks late I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. But just two days ago I started to spot but i didn't see anything the next day. i didn't even have to change a pad. I've been to the doctor for paps and i told him about my situation. first of all he says that nothing looks wrong to him and 2nd he wants me to get on birthcontrol. Please tell me what you think.

while today is not easy for me im 37 weeks pregnant and feeling really depressed.In the begining of my pregnancy i was prescribed anti depresistants but i stoped taking them because of the side effects that it may cause to my baby.Chrunch has helped keep my mind stright but lately i feel worse then i did before i dont want to get up i cry all day and i lash out on everyone.has this happened to anyone else and how did you fix it.do you think my doctor will put me back on drugs or wait until i have the baby .i hate this feeling i feel helpless some advice please.

I got the first breast milk in yesterday and I have tried to massage/express etc the breasts to get the milk flowing but they are just so sore and I am afraid I will get an infection soon if I don't do anything!

I spent $150 total on maternity clothes today. I spent $100 at Old Navy and bought 8 shirts, 2 pants and 2 capris.

Then I bought 40 pieces of used maternity clothing for $30. The used clothes were from Motherhood, the Gap and Target. It included 25 very cute shirts, 4 pants, 2 jeans, shorts, and much more.

All I need to buy is maternity bras later on. My clothes should fit me my entire pregnancy unless I gain 50+ pounds!

My husband thought $150 was too much. This is my 1st pregnancy, and we are planning on another baby in 2-3 years. So I can use them again.

Oh and I work in a business casual office, so I can't get away with just buying big shirts and sweats during my pregnancy. :(

I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago. At this point, I'm 7 weeks. Last Sun. and Mon.I was spotting lightly and my doctor had me come in for an U/S. They saw the heartbeat and told me that the sac was laying low in the uterus. The spotting continued and then this past Sun. (11/5) I had severe bleeding. For about 1 1/2 hr. I was going through a pad every 15-30 minutes. Then it just stopped all of a sudden. I passed nothing on Sun., but last week (Wed.) I passed what seemed like a few large blood clots, they seeemed to disapate when they hit the water. This Mon. I had no bleeding, yesterday one large brown spot, and today just a few tiny brown spots. I have had no pain whatsoever, not even a cramp. My SIL said when she MC at 7 weeks it felt like labor. I still have morning sickness, still exhausted, breasts still tender. My Dr. is waiting until 11-22 to examine me again. But in the meantime, I'm going crazy wondering "Am I still pregnant?!" Can anyone help? Thanks!

Two of her friends at school are telling her that the tooth fairy and Santa are just your mom and dad. Then she says to me,"but why would you guys lie to me about it?"

I have a friend who just had a baby and the paternal grandmother told her that patting a baby to burp it makes the baby jumpy and hostile. She proceeded to say that you have to rub the baby's back to burp him so that he will be a calm babay when he grows up. I have 3 kids and have never heard of this. Is this b/s or what?

She's at the age, the very difficult one! She'll be lucky if she lives to the next year! She has court tomorrow for skipping school and she continuously skips. I can go on and on the list is starting to get to be quite a long one. The fact is she doesn't really care! I've got all kinds of proffesional help, almost more than I can handle! I had unprotected sex several times with the guy i was dating. I am on the pill but missed twice. I have been even more tired that usual lately, ( and I have Chronic Fatigue) having to pee more often and when i do, it hurts kind of, fevers, some cramping and dizziness, tender boobs and frequent nausea. My period isn't due for at least a week yet.. but i don't feel like i usually do before a period comes.. I am almost 22 and the Father, if i am, is 33. Am I knocked up? what do you think??

I just need help thinking outside the box. Friend has baby. The Baby is 7 months old now. Doctors think something is wrong with her because she is behind on muscle developement. She can not sit up or crawl yet. Her eyes wander away and she has problems focusing. All test so far since she was born are negative.
