Another thing that helps a lot of women having these feeling is to talk to a psychologist, this actually helps a lot more then the pills they prescribe. But if you want to go on the pills after the baby is born you should definitely talk to your doctor and tell them that you don't want to take any thing while you're pregnant because of the possible side effects to your baby. Tell them you're wanting to see a therapist, or a doctor you can talk to. At 37 weeks you are full term ask your doctor if s/he thinks you could go earlier by induction or something if you want. Otherwise hang in there it's only a few more weeks (believe me I know it seems like forever)

its okay and u are gonna be okay u might even go through post depression after your baby is born. try to do something u like to do to feel better but this is normal and u arent the only one to ever go through it. find something u really like to do though or find someone to hang out with and talk to anything just be careful because u could end up hurting yourself without even meaning to. your doctor probly will ask why u arent taking the meds but tell the doctor u are worried about the effects it could have on the baby and see if thier are alternate ideas from you doctor. best of luck cheer up. and congrats on your baby.

Hormones function better when you're active. The more you lay around the mope the worse it gets.

You should get out and move around in the light and where people are.

You should talk to your doctor about starting antidepressants after birth, to avoid postpartum.

Talk to your Dr.!!! That is what he is there for, there ARE anti-depressants that are safe to take during pregnancy.

I would talk to your ob and see if there is anything you can take to help you. Try talking to a therapist.
