Here in the Dallas area, authorities were cracking down on the unliscened Ultrasound businesses, where for a fee,you could go in and have your pregnancy scanned without a doctor's order. This was maybe a couple of years ago-but I dont know the current status of them (I'm just presuming that is what you're alluding to).But for a standard Ob sonogram, any hospital and most OB offices would have them. If you have an OB doctor already,I would just wait on his timing to get one done.If you get it done before.....say,15 weeks, you wont be able to tell.Usually start seeing boys at 16 weeks....oftentimes cant tell girls till nearly 25 weeks when the labias expand (I dont like to say its a girl based on the fact I dont see a boy-they can sometimes hide things!) Good Luck

You will have one at about 16-20 weeks when they check major organ growth. Check with your OB. they will be able to tell you what they thinkt he sex of the baby is.

The 4d ultrasounds are still considered a novalty, and in most hospitals where they are present you can just schedule one and pay the fee.
