Pregnancy & Parenting - 12 November 2006

I have always been able just to put her in her cot at 7 and she sleeps through till morning,but the last couple of nights she just crys ,i pick her up give her a cuddle and lay her back down and she starts again ..she points towards the loungeroom like she wants to come out,.this goes on for about 3 hours i was hopeing someone had any ideas as i have never gone through this before,do i bring her out to keep her happy?I am 39 weeks pregnant and very exhausted...

do i have 2 worry about it? i think he looks smallmade 4 his age... his weight was 2.5kg at birth. hes quite normal, healthy, eats fine, drinks his milk, playful,very active n noisy!!!

A friend of mine was expecting her frist child and it was due anyday, but it stopped moving and it's heart beat stop, and it passed away, can anyone tell me why this could of happened? mother and baby were both healthy, it just does'nt make any sense.

Hi,my son was circed when he was a few days old,but i don`t think the doctor did it right,he was done with the plastibell and there is head exposure but there is still loose skin behind the head on the shaft , my hasband`s on the other hand is tight on the shaft with no loose skin,do you think i should get it redone?

My niece is 15 and just over 6 weeks pregnant to an 18yo that she was sneaking out late at nite to meet in an alleyway. She is very immature for her age and more like a 12yo. Should the father of the baby be reported for carnal knowledge? What are the legal ramifications, if there are any. She lives with her grandmother who is in her late 60's and not in the position of looking after her and the baby because of her schedule that she has with her commitments. None of her aunts and uncles believe that she should go ahead with the pregnancy at all as we all know her well and know that she won't cope. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.

My last period was 31 August. I had intercourse without any protection on 30 Sept. I dont have period until now. I'm an obese woman, have irregular period, but never that long. I bought the pregnancy kit to test 3 weeks ago and last week, it showed negative. I had vomitted suddenly last friday and saturday. what should I do? do another pregancy kit test again? see doctor? or wait more long and see what is going on? I wish to have my child though.....

I have had sore/sensitive nipple for 2 days now, people say that sore breasts are a sign of pregnancy but its not my breasts it is just my nipples, is this also a sign of pregnancy? I am mid way through my cycle, what else could it be?

My baby is 3 and a half months old and at about 7 weeks he started sucking his fingers and hands. I've heard that he's busy discovering his hands and body and that he would stop eventually. My husband feels that it's not right and he's scared that the baby might start sucking his thumb and that it would become a habit that's hard to stop. Any advice?

Last night my daughter started this weird thing of not really eating in the early evening. This continued all the way until bedtime where I think she began to become increasingly hungry but still wouldn't eat. Every time I would go to feed her she would gag and choke a little (shes breastfed) and it looked to me as if she was in pain. She does have a thick white patch on her tongue, could this be thrush and is thrush painful?

This is probaly about my 3rd question on pregnancy but....Ive been really nervous and stressed out lately so here we go again...Can there be no signs of pregnancy besides a late period? If I am pregnant Ive been since the 23rd of October, shouldn't I have morning sickness or something? The only thing that has been different is a little bit of breast tenderness...According to the way I work (Even tho Ive been a little irregular lately) I should have started a couple of days before the 8th(the first day of my last period and since october was a 31day month)....1. Also just as added information I was hanging out with a girl for a while that she started affecting my dates because I started going a couple of days later in the month but I have stopped hanging out with her. 2. I had a cold and now its just reduced to sinses and congestion...3. I took one pregnancy test already but I moved it and inside the control panel the lines for not-pregnant were dark and the lines for pregnant (Adding)
