If you have a new baby, I know just how you feel, lol. A good night's sleep comes when the baby starts to sleep at night.

A good night's sleep is when someone is STUPID enough to offer to take your newborn baby overnight and you are SMART enough to take then up on your offer! Never refuse any offers of help from trustworthy sources e.g. the two grannies or close family. If you refuse help because you are too nervous, people will eventually stop offering you help. My in laws were brilliant for this when my two were young. Helped to restore our sanity! Best of luck - it does get better I promise.

Wouldn't know, I haven't had one since I got pregnant with our third child, 5 yrs ago!
I suppose it is different for everyone. If you get up in the morning and feel refreshed, you've had a good nights sleep.

You know you've had a good night's sleep when you wake up naturally BEFORE your alarm goes off.

For a baby? They might be dead asleep all day and wide awake at 3 AM. The concept doesn't really apply!
I have a feeling you haven't had one for a while!!!!

When you happily wake up and feel like getting up straight away, rather than wanting to hide back under the covers....
