Yes, you can feel the baby move. I felt my first one move at 18 weeks. The bump you see can be the fists or feet or as you said the bum. Goodluck.

You will presumably feel the baby move by 19 weeks, but it's unlikely you can feel the baby through the skin of your belly at this point. At this point, the average fetus is only about 6 inches long, and weighs only about a half-pound. If you're feeling a bump, you are likely feeling one of your own organs (most likely a bit of intestine) that has shifted around to make room for the expanding uterus.

All pregnancies are different, but 19 weeks seems a bit early to feel him/her that way. Not impossible though.

However, I felt my third baby moving way before I was supposed to.

hiya im 21weeks+ and have been feeling STRONG movement for the past few weeks and i have "bits" poking out alot, (this is not my 1st pregnancy )
so although it should be to early for you to see or feel your baby this early its not impossible i find it hard to bent sometimes coz my son has something poking out, he is very low which is the reason i see and feel so much ( i was told at my scan 2 weeks ago)
good luck hunni
