You're as cool as a cucumber. This is completely normal- you're pregnant!! Try doing those Kegel exercises so you can have more control after you give birth, they're very beneficial for you. Good luck. Oh, by the way, CONGRATS! Some people never tell you the nasty parts about being pregnant. Get used to it- it only gets better.

I have never been pregnant but that has happened to me when I've been sick.
Throwing up is pretty violent when you think about it. Pregnant or not it creates a lot of pressure in other areas. If I feel like I'm going to be sick I usually sit right on the toilet and have something infront me at the same time just in case. Of course, sometimes it just happens and there is no control and you have a hefty mess to clean up afterwards.

You poor thing... I don't know exactly what is going on and wish I could offer some advise... lots of weird things happen when you are pregnant...
I hope you fell better..
And BTW in the head line you said "uncontrolable bowel movements" but then you say you pissed your pants while puking. So which is it?

Oh yeah, it used to happen all the time. With my second I was sick everyday between week 10-17. I think it's just the muscles squeeze at both ends, and you have no control. It will get better soon, until then ALWAYS carry an extra pair of panties and pants with you. Good luck!!

pregnancy can make your body do crazy things!! maybe you should check with your doctor!!
however, one time I had uncontrollable bowel movements while throwing up at the same time. I was actually in the emergency room... it was very very embarrassing!!
good luck with your pregnancy!

Don't worry, that's normal!! Right now, the uterus is still sitting low on the bladder, putting more pressure on it. It will move up later on....until it gets really big, and moves on top of it again.

oh yeah the joys of being pregnant, congratulations. Next time you feel sick you'd be better off sitting on the toilet and using a bowl to be sick in!
Good luck and god bless x
