I'm writing this assuming you are the Husband or Boyfriend/Partner of an Expectant Mom. But even if it's a friend, some of the things are still nice to do. :)
A great Home Date Night. Order dinner from a nice restaurant and then no one has to cook and no mess to clean up after. Rent a movie to watch while you eat, because at the theatre it's a pain when she may have to get up to use the bathroom alot. I suggest the movie starring Julianne Moore called "How to Raise 10 Kids in 25 Words or Less", a very insprational story. After you eat you can snuggle on the couch and then give her a foot massage, believe me, pregnant women have sore feet from carrying around the extra weight!
Additionally, every day things that are important include remembering that she can be extra tired! So helping with chores will make her happy, as well as understanding that she may be cranky, but don't take it personally. Pregnancy can make a woman very emotional, as our bodies are doing the most important job ever, and it can be hard to strike a balance when pregnancy is both physically and emotionally demanding. Just being there for her, whether you may understand what she's going through or not, is most important. And yes, Chocolate Ice Cream, like with the Brownies and Fudge mixed in can always score you points, lol along with sleeping in on a Saturday ;) And don't be afraid to be in the room with her when she has the baby, she'll need your support. Good Luck!

A lot of attention, told they are more beautiful everyday, to talk about the baby and how she is feeling all the time, Back rubs, foot rubs, pedicures, a lot of "babying"... Talk about her and your doubts, talk about parenting styles, Talk about what the father is willing to do for her and the baby ex: diaper change, bath, night feedings ect, Talk about her and your fears/expectations during labor and delivery. SHOP FOR BABY!!! Tell you what, there is a book called "Help, she is pregnant and I am having a nervous breakdown" It is a guys monthly guide to his partners pregnancy and it tells you neat things to do and not to do. Good luck It is the start of a whole new relationship for you, enjoy and have fun....

Support, love and understanding. All I need is for my hubby to give my belly a rub when he is walking by. its little things like that which help me realize that he is aware and cares about me and our baby. Women need reassurance when they are pregnant. There are sooo many factors that worry women when the are expecting. Its nice to spoil her by doing the dishes, or cooking supper. Give her time to relax and rest. It means a lot to us! I think you are pretty great for actually caring about what a women needs and wants when they are pregnant.

Pretty much all of the attention you could possibly give her. It's not very comfortable being pregnant, so anything you can do to make her life easier is best.

They need love. Rub her feet or run her a bath without her asking for it. Just be there for her and let her know that you love her.
