It's impossible, when you have ur tubes tied, it blocked off the connection with the ovaries and the uterus.
sometimes they disconnect the fallopian tubes so that sperm cells can't reach egg cells at all.

If you had a Pomeroy tubal ligation, it is highly unlikely that you could have become pregnant, unless the tubal ligation was incorrectly done, or if you "recanalized" in your tube.

THERE IS A 1% CAHNCE OF GETTING PREGNANT WOTH YOUR TUBES TIED SO IT IS POSSIBLE I KNOW A GIRL WHO DID GET PREGNAT! I ALSO READ A STORY IN A MAGAZINE BOUT A WOMAN WHO HAD HERS TIED AND THEN HAD TWINS!!

I'm not sure but i know it can happen because my sister-in law got pregnant after having hers done. it happened two or three years later.
