Every woman, and i repeat EVERY WOMAN does this to some extent in her life time. Most women who are married and trying do this every month. Women who are afraid of becoming pregnant do this everytime they think their bodies are doing something strange.
Just relax until you're late and take a test. Your mind will cause your body to act as thought it is pregnant, simply because you think you might be. This will cause you to skip your period, creating more stress.
Next time, consider the pill, or dont have sex unless you've come to terms with the chance of creating children.

Go to www.mymonthlycycles.com and set yourself up with the period calender. The day you start your period, you enter it into the website. Then it calculates when you should get your next one based on your last period. This way, you can keep track of when you start, and whether you're late or not. It's a wonderful thing to use for both people that are trying to conceive, and those who aren't. You'll know the days you shouldn't have unprotected sex, and when it's ok. Doing this has eliminated my stress of whether I'm pregnant or not. I can see if my period is late, and then test. Don't worry so much. Just get your period organized, and then you can feel a little less stress about pregnancy. Hope this helps!

Yes I have and yes it drove me mad. I have kids already and at that time my last one was 6 months, I did not want any more kids because it was hard enough. I had sex with my man and around the time that I was to see my period it never came. I started to panic and wonder what was going on, by the end of that week I took two pregnancy test and they both came out negative, but my period still didn't show. Panic yes indeed, I went to the doctors and took a blood test and that came out negative and that's when I started to wonder what was going on with my body and I thought that the test were all wrong. The following week my period came, the cause of the delay was stress and I was still nursing my baby alot to. So you are not the only one that has ever felt this way. Relax your mind and your body and see what happens. take care..

When I was trying to get pregnant for the first time. I spend 4 years doing exactly what you are doing now! I honestly at some points thought I was going crazy. I would have myself convinced each month that I was pregnant. Only to be let down by my period. It wasn't until I got a little tipsy on New years Eve, and wasn't focused on getting pregnant, that I actually did conceive. I'm not suggesting you get drunk, but relax.....It happens for 85% or more of couples trying to conceive. The odds are in your favor.!! Best of luck to you!

Yes, I have freaked myself out thinking I'm pregnant. I have even taken pregnancy tests bought at the pharmacy and still worried even when they turned out negative. If you're that worried, go to your doctor and get a bloodtest. This is more reliable than the pee on a stick method and you will feel better once you know for sure. You may make yourself so nervous that it may delay your next period which will make you freak out even more so do yourself a favour and go to the doctor.

Try not to stress out. It's only going to add to thinking every little feeling is a sign of pregnancy. Best thing to do is to get a home pregnancy kit and take it. Then, you can deal with whatever you have to once you have the results. Good luck!

I think this has happened to most every girl who is sexually active. especially at a young age!! Just don't think about it, I know that's much harder to do than said. But relax and get a home pregnancy test!! The results will help you out tremendously! You can quit worrying as soon as your find out its negative, and if its positive at lest you know for sure and you're not just sitting sitting around worrying yourself to death!!
good luck!!

Just go get a test. I have worried myself sick before and ended up missing 2 periods becuase I was so worried. Then, I went and bought a test and started my period before I even got home to take it. It's all a mind thing sometimes. Just ease your worries and go get a test.
