What's wrong with aborting?

...at 8 months pregnancy and why should you have "good reasons" to abort a thing that isn't human? Please answer the full question.

Not human? It's not alien, it's not a horse, it's not dead matter, it's not a leaf. Uuuh it's HUMAN!!!! The only reason that thing will die is because of you, therefore you killed something. If YOU are the reason that "thing" is never born, than how can you argue it was never alive?

At 8 months, that 'thing', as you call it, is already capable of surviving outside the mother's womb.

At 8 weeks, the fetus is already starting to look like a little human being. By the 3rd month, the fetus looks like a baby even though it is so tiny. It has legs, arms, fingers, etc.

I used to believe in abortion but after seeing pictures of what the baby looks like at just 3 months old changed the way I think. In the end, it is the woman's choice, but I could never do it.

My friend had an abortion when she was 17 years old. She is now 32 and has a son and a baby girl on the way. It is only now that she is realizing the impact of her actions back then. She is going through a lot of guilt for what happened back then. Really think about what your doing and the consequences of your actions. You may not feel those consequences now, but you more than likely will in the future.

This is why you have to have 'good reasons'.

First of all, how could you get to eight months and not know it? If you are having sex own up to the responsibilities and realize that you can and eventually will get pregnant. Abortion is not a form of birth control because you decide you don't want a kid. My daughter was born at 37 weeks, 8 months, and didn't need any help breathing or anything. She nursed like a pro and is today a healthy 5 month old. My sister was born at 32 weeks and is today a healthy and very smart 20 year old attending college. Babies aborted at such a late stage feel everything that is done to them. Why would the mom do such a terrible thing when she only has a few weeks left to go rather than give the kid up for adoption? Answer that! There are many couple who would love a baby and can't have one of their own. To me, aborting at any point is murder but that's just my opinion. Everyone else is entitled to theirs, no matter how sick. A baby is a baby and if you can't handle it get sterilized or cross your legs! Oh yeah, and for the rape situation. We all know you can get pregnant even if you are raped, so why don't those women get the morning after pill to prevent the egg from ever implanting in the uterus? Especially now that you can get it OTC there is just no reason for women to use the I was raped, I'm the victim excuse. They should take responsibility to see that they don't get in that kind of situation.

Where do you get that it isn't human? Look at an ultra sound! Especially at 8 months, there is no denying that it's human, unless your looking at an animal.
As for when life begins! AT CONCEPTION! Both the ova and sperm are LIVING cells(look it up in the encyclopedia) when the 2 unite this forms a mass of cells, growth has begun. ANY THING GROWING IS ALIVE!!! And when these cells come from HUMANS, the growing life is also HUMAN!
To Abort at anytime during the gestation process, is MURDER! If someone doesn't want a child, don't get pregnant! Or give the child to a loving couple who can't have a child!
It isn't an unborn child's fault, the parents were IRRESPONSIBLE!
Why should that child's life be cut short?
In my opinion, Any one who has had an abortion, should be sterilized and prosecuted for murder! After all it is PREMEDITATED MURDER!

I am for abortion , that every woman has the right to choose. But i think people should not wait til they are so far along to have an abortion.
I think a baby isn't a baby until it is formed and looking like a baby inside of a woman. They do not perform those partial birth abortions any longer. They were banned.

I believe in abortion for the folowing reasons:

1.If the mother's life were in danger
2.If you were raped
3.If you are just a young girl and not ready to be a mom
4.If something horrible was wrong with the baby and would just suffer a horrible life

I may sound weird about saying a baby isn't a baby until it is looking like a baby but that is what i believe in.

OK - this is where the line is drawn. Lets look at the difference between aborting a fetus that has no chance of survival outside of the womb and the laws which reasonable people agree to (the first trimester), and what you are saying aborting at 8 months. At 8 months, a fetus is clearly human and able to live outside of the womb. (even if you are not playing god). There is no good reason to abort a 8 month old -- you would merely deliver it if the mother or unborn child were in danger.

I think it is wrong to have an abortion even it is just over a couple of months. The reason for this being, because if you have noticed, in school, out of school, and even with your family; you have people talk to you about the importance in not having sex. They even tell you that it is important to wear a CONDOM during sexual intercourse. Yes the condom may break, but even if it don't, YOU DON'T BECOME PREGNANT!! What I think is, if your you think your old enough to have sex then you are old enough to take care of a kid. That's however responsibility, but I don't think you should kill a kid because of that persons stupidity. That person should take the responsibility in that kids life. Plus at 8 months the babys already alive, its brain is alive, it breaths on its own, it is fully developed, you might as well have the baby. Why wait that long if your for abortion.

What is wrong with it, is that at 8 months of your pregnancy the baby is a live, it has a brain, it moves, it breaths and it is a part of you and who you are. So with aborting a baby at 8 months is a wrong thing to do, and a sin according to the bible, buy aborting the baby you are also lossing a part of you and who you are. Its most about self resecpt.

You really cannot mean 8 months??? My gosh, what is wrong with you? I really hope you made a spelling error and meant 8 weeks. At 8 months a baby is human, even at 8 weeks a baby is also human as the tiny heart is beating away. That baby is a part of you! At 8 months it is liike murdering a newborn baby and definately should not be allowed.It should not even have to be reasoned! A baby is fully developed at 36 weeks and is laying fat deposits down in prep for birth.

at 8 months the baby could be born healthy and fine maybe you are confused do you mean 8 weeks? there are 4 weeks in a months 9 months in a pregnancy. I think that a baby is human from the moment that its made. Abortion is murder plan and simple.

8 months? Or 8 weeks??? At 8 months a baby can live outside of its mothers body so it is def a human. The horrible thing about abortion is that "nonhuman" will eventually be a baby and if you have a child the moment you see it you will understand why it is terrible and inhumane!
