my bf thinks we should wait but he also says that he doesnt believe in love and marraige and still says " I love you"? what should i do

my doctors are begining to worry....im eating like a pig, taking all my vitimans, and eating what they tell me too...im just not gaining anything...did this happen to anyone else? did u deliver early because of it?

My stress test showed I was having them but didn't feel anything. I've been having sharp stabbing pains in my lower belly and pelvis area....is that what contractions feel like?

I've read the statisics and how much a toddler is "supposed" to sleep. I have a big pile of "how to" sleep books.

What I'd like is real information: how many hours a night does (or did if your kids are older) your toddler sleep, how often do they wake up, how many naps, and what time is bedtime.

i am a 17 year old who works for my own money, and my mom is telling me what to do with my money. She wants half for my cell phone bill (respectable), money in the bank, and for me to buy clothes. Its my money and i dont need clothes, she just doesnt want me to blow it on my boyfriend im not and she doesnt trust me, should i tell her to mind her own business or should i do what she wants with my money?

This has happened already, and she's already tried to hit me,and she's told me she hated me. Im so hurt by her not caring about good grades, I've even showed her the bad parts of town where people who dont go to school live. i've showed her the rich part where "good grades" live. I again took away her video games.We show lots of love at home. So I guess my question is, how do I punish my 11 year old?

I have a 5 month old baby. She has a runny nose (clear), watery eyes, and a lot of sneezing. She isn't acting sick. Should I take her to the doctor, or is there an over the counter med I can try? ---The only OTC meds I found around here are for congestion, which isn't the problem.

i had unprotected intercourse on 10/25......my period is due 11/09. however ususally i have a weeks worth of cramps b4 it comes. at the time of the intercourse i was ovulating. two days following the act i had a little vaginal discharge which was sticky and clear. than i sppted once when i wipped. after that the discharge stopped. however this week it started again. ive had headaches everyday, extremley tired and sleepy. for the past two days naseous on and off, and my stomach has had this weird feel to it like its full. yesterday i had this slight pain which i thought was cramps but wasn't it was a weird slight pain. i took a hpt on 11/05, which came out neg, was it too soon to test? has this happened to anyone and they found out they were indeed prego?

I have heard that it is customary to give a gift to your partner after the birth of a child. What do you think a good gift would be? And what dollar amount would be appropriate? My oldest is going to be 3 years old on Jan. 5th. She came home from daycare really upset. I asked her what was wrong & she said that the teacher told her that she is a nerd & when she is older she will not have any friends in school cause she is "too smart" & noone likes smart kids.
She knows her abc's, counts well, knows shapes, colors & currently learning how to spell & read. Before this they worked with her really well on everything she is learning. I talked to the person in charge of the childcare place & we had a meeting with the teacher she admitted to saying that plus MORE stuff that my daughter did not tell me about. She said sorry & she would not do it anymore & that was enough for the person in charge. It happened again & I went back the person in charge told me maybe it's not the right place for my kids.
I'm a CNA & work wierd hours thats the only childcare place around that works for the hours and shifts that I work. Right now finding another job isn't an option.

When our girl was 13 she got in trouble, did some bad stuff. A good girl, but then sidetracked and with unacceptable.attitudes towards us and her younger sister. We had to give her a really severe punishment for 4 months. She changed completely, but t got into a deep depression. Got very humiliated. She partially got over the depression but never forgot what happened. She turned into a wonderful girl that everybody praises. Now, at 15, an honor student, takes part in voluteering activities. She everything that makes parents proud, except that avoids us. After that punishment, she stopped loving us. She doesnt get in trouble and is respectful, but a stranger. We tried everything we could, including family therapy. Yesterday, at therapy, she told us and the therapist, very calmly and with no anger that she really doesn't like us, will never forget what happened and intends to leave us when she's 18. I could feel horrified that was not a teen thing. I got really down, lost my girl.
