A believe they would be refereed to as a a fetus. Because most abortions are done before 18 wks. The Fetus is no more a baby than the yoke in your egg is a chicken. And to the "loving" mother who told all the "sluts" to keep their legs shut.. What a wonderful understanding mommy you must be.. I bet your children are so proud to call you mom.NOT! I am a Mother of 4 wonderful daughters ages 20 yrs to 22 months. I am also Pro choice I am not pro abortion I am pro Birth control. But nothing is 100% and sometimes under extreme circumstances abortion is and must remain an option. Abortions have been going on for hundreds of years legal or not. And if someone has one I don't believe that they should risk infertility or even death. Instead of calling names why don't some of you give of your time and money to unwed mothers so they don't feel the need to abort. Or teach your children the importance of birth control or abstinence.

a group of dividing cells is NOT a baby! I do not consider an abortion to be 'murder'. I believe that is an emotionally charged word used to try to make a woman's rigth to choose evil!
A fetus has POTENTIAL for life but it is not a life until it has developed into a baby that can live outside of the mother's womb.
A fetus is NOT a dead baby simply because it is NOT a baby!!!
A fetus is not a baby! A fetus cannot survive outside of the womb but a baby can. A fetus is totally dependent on the environment of the womb inside of the mother. It is a part of the mother. It belongs totally and completley to her to do as she chooses.
However, if a woman decides to carry a fetus and have it DEVELOP into a baby then I fully believe she is responsible to take good care of her body to ensure the baby's health when it is born.

Depends on when the abortion is performed - could be an embryo or a fetus. What do you call those eggs you eat for breakfast in the morning? Dead chickens??

Some people do get pregnant even when they are taking all the right methods and simply connot bring a baby into the world for their own reasons like being in a voilent relationship or something.
Anyway have respect for those who decided to go through the hardest decision and decide to abort.
And you wont understand untill your in the situation, or pregnant either.....................

technically it isnt murder because the child was not born or it did not breathe air if it was it would be outlawed and for one thing if you can't handle a kid then don't do anything to make yourself have one! it still isn't right even though it isnt murder

Yep! But people eat chicken every day....why are we killing babies? Can't handle a baby, keep your legs closed sluts! To all the wonderul mother's who have gievn birth....awesome job!
