andi only get paid 14 hour and i have a bachelors degree in accounting but he hired his niece and shes a highschool graduate no college and she is administrative assistant and has only been working there 3 months!and makes 22 an hour!! this isnt fair. who should i report this to i mean i dont wanna get fired but what should i do???

I think I might be pregnant because when i had unprotected sex around a very fertile time and I was on birth control but i was only on it for about 2-3 weeks and now im having some brown spotting and it happened exactly 7 days after i had unprotected sex could this be implantation bleeding? If it is how long is it suppose to last?

sono at 30 weeks confirmed baby measured 32, and my stomach measured 32, at 32 weeks stomach measured 35 and at 33 weeks stomach is measuring 37. Im not eating wrong so doc say's I have a big baby but also may have excess fluid (no gestational diabities or anything, and doc didn't seem to concerned about that except it is pushing down on my uterous and baby is already so low..) So I am measuring a month ahead, also I am starting to dialate. Does anyone know what any of this means, and is any of it dangerous for my lil man? Doc say's to stay off my feet until 34 weeks were i get another check up. Is labor soon? What does excess fluid mean?

My son wakes up at night a lot... every 2-3 hours with gas pain & he does not have any bowel movements at night... only in the day. He sleeps in a bouncy seat or else he spits up too much. The prevacid seems to help, but he is still having stomach cramps. We had tried Axid before- but no luck. Has anyone else used this? How long can we use it for? Oh- he is also fussy when I have dairy, but he is not allergic to it. (soy, too)

I will be 7 weeks pregnant on thursday, my doctor did a dating ultrasound last week and detected the heartbeat, at 101 bpm. He said that was low, but it could be because the heartbeat was detected so early. They scheduled another ultrasound for 2 weeks later. I am a little concerned as they normally don;t do so many ultrasounds in the early months as there really is no need. Honest opinions of what you think a low heartbeat may mean.

Our dates are right on, so I am as pregnant as I though I was, why do you think they want to do another ultrasound?

I have a bright and energetic nine month old who loves going out to the park, mall or just grocery shopping with me. But now that its getting colder, I want to limit his outdoor activities. Like I won't be able to take him to the park etc. But he gets very bored at home and cries a lot. He is tired of playing the with the same toys adn me reading the same books and singing the same songs to him now. Can you suggest some indoor activities that i can do with him? I will really appreciate all input.

My 6 year old has a major speech development problem. He's also slow to understand what is said to him. I've had him tested a zillion times and am told that he's not mentally retarded at all. But that he needs to see a neurologist. His appointment will take months to get, but I'm curious if anyone else knows what may be wrong with him. He's a very bright kid and is an excellent when it comes to drawing. He can only remember things at certain times; ie; Show him the letter 'A' and five seconds later as him what letter it is and he's say, 'F'.

Help please!

People usually say you start to get bigger from your lower stomach frist but I am the opposite and I am actually bigger from the top of my stomach. The lower part of my stomach isn't firm bu the top of my belly is starting to get firm. Has anyone else been like this too?

My son is just over 13 months old, and everything is wonderful. However, in about 9 months my husband and I are going to start trying for a second child.

We have heard horror stories of parents not preparing their children properly--big brothers trying to kill young sisters (I had to witness the funeral to this one), etc. We really want to prepare our son.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Obviously at this age he isn't going to know what's going on, so we aiming for little things--like buying a toy doll maybe? We're trying to do baby steps right now, but once we are 3 months pregnant (9 months is a LONG time to wait for a little kid!), we'll start taking larger steps.

ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!
