He's cut his two top teeth which are down and showing now but for the last two weeks he's been really really miserable and cries most of the day. If I leave the room even for a second he screams. He follows me everywhere (bless him) and wants to be held or touching me. Is this all part of teething or is it part of another stage. I want to do the right thing by him and whilst I don't want him to be unhappy I also don't want to encouarge him to be clingy and would like him to be able to play with his toys without me there. Any advice would be gratefully received.

I normally breast feed but find that at night my baby feeds more regulalry - like every 2 hours. Breast feeding is really time cnsuming and tiring at night it means I dont get any sleep and it's making me depressed, s it okay to give a few formula feeds at night. Will it make my baby sick?

she swears, is cheeky, answers back, is always chausing chaos, will not listen to my partner at all and seems to try to play us off each other, she is rude to people calling them mingers, if someone perhaps smells a bit that gets on the bus u can guarrentee my daughter will tell them,,,, i have curbed her tantrums the best that i can but she is stubborn to the max, deffiant, sly, she lies so much about silly things and breaks all her toys,,, she isnt spoilt because we have cut back on getting her things because she breaks them all. We have moved into an extended family with older children here but she isnt loosing attention infact she gets more but she really is out of control,,, in other ways she is so forward, she can count, is out nappies, knows basic shapes, colours etc, i know it cant be adhd cos she is so good for my parents when they look after her sometimes but with me she is out of control completely... any ideas????

Baby Disney- The mom-to-be is a Disney freak.

A Star Is Born- You decorate with stars and moons, blues, silvers, and glitter (for star dust) and you hang stars with different info about the parents and family, and for a gift we were gonna name a star after her baby. But it just doesn't seem babyish enough.

Help? And don't say baby showers are lame, I already know that, but I'm being forced to plan one anyway.

Just wondering what others are experiencing with their body image after having a baby. My wonderful baby is 5 months old and I'm really struggling with losing the weight I gained and with feeling pretty crappy about the way my body looks after being so stretched out and then having an unplanned c-section. Like to hear other women's and men's honest perspective on this.

As a religious person I believe that life is ultimately in the hands of God, but speaking strictly on medical terms, is this phenomena of childbirth in patterns true to some extent?

i lost my right tube 7 months ago to an ectopic pregnancy. i have both my ovaries, but it appears only one is active. for 2 cycles in a row (1 on clomid), my left ovary isn't producing any viable follicles. is there any hope for me? does this mean that my left ovary is useless?

Ive been trying to look into this and my doctor say that there is no evidence that any are genetic but im kind of worried. I have a 14 month old daughter who seems to be having trouble hearin which didnt happen 4 months ago. I do have a degenerative (sp??) hearing problem as well as severe allergies to things like nuts fish animals and the such which my mom has as well... could my daughter be at risk or is it just the luck of the draw?? im worried that my next baby (due in 6 months() could have the same problem!

On the news today there is a case of a 4 year old who has "depression" because her local school has no room for her, and this is where her friends go. She has to go to a different school. I think the parents must be building this up at home instead of concentrating on being positive about the new school, and the new friends she will make. What do you think?

Ok i need to know why in this chat room there are peopl that dont seem to understand what people are going through or are not qualified to answer the question so they reply with smart a** remarks. Yesterday a guy answered a question to the basic effect that the person may not have used a condom whilst sleeping with lots of other people. Then today theres the sholace remark... i dont understand what their problem is but i would like to know! why be in a message board where people want help, advice and just people to talk to who know what you are going through and you dont know whats going on. The one guy just sits there and makes derogetory comments can we get them banned?!

My wife is in her eighth month of pregnancy. She is suffering from severe cough. We have moved from doctors to doctors. Tried various combination of medicines prescribed by the doctors. She is unable to get rid of the cough. We are unalbe to understand what exactly is happening. Because of this cough problem, she is straining her abdomen a lot, she is unable to eat food properly. She also worries that frequent coughing may affect the baby inside the womb. Many a times she vomit due to more and more coughing. How to get rid of this. consuming medicines during pregnancy is not good for the goign to born baby. I am really fed up. Can any one come into help me. Suggest me a medicine which is safe, which works well & does not affect the pregnant women & the going to born baby. Anticipating a helpful/useful response. Thanks - Yuvaraj
