what were your signs and symptoms of pregnancy??

I know every woman is diffrent so i was just wondered what signs women had before they new they were pregnant.... please give me the common and not so common ones you had : - ) x x

Well every lady is diff, u r rite on that. Most often signs r shown in missed periods, tired all the time and the need 2 sleep constantly. Very irritable all the time, a short fuse if u will. Tender chest area. My right shoulder hurt 2 rest on it. Also cravings 4 certain foods it doesn't even need 2 be strange, just a particular things ur body wants. And some can tell by there appetite 4 sex if u r a normal go getter and now u have no desire or vice versa this could b a sign. Constipation 4 a prolonged period. There r so many its hard 2 list them all. But i hope i helped a lil.

My first symptom was at about 4 weeks - I was having to go to the loo really often, apparently this is caused by changing hormones.

As my period was due and hadn't arrived, I took a pregnancy test which was very faint, but definitely positive.

I had 2 days of implantation bleeding at about 4 1/2 weeks, which was just light spotting.

My breasts became tender at about 6 weeks and I didn't really suffer from morning sickness at all.

My husband and I had been trying for a baby for abut 3 months and I am now around 20 weeks and really enjoying it!

Your right every woman is different and will have differing signs of pregnancy.

For me the only thing that was diiferent was that I was constipated. I did not have a swelled belly, or funny taste in my mouth........I just noticed that I had not been the toilet properly for about 2 weeks, I didn't even feel as tho I wanted to go!!! It was really strange.

Can I also say that I was on the pill at the time also!

Later in the pregnancy I did not get morning sickness, but I got it at night, usually around tea time!!!

This is my first one and aside from the occasional cramps of the uterus stretching (I'm 24 weeks now), I haven't really had any major symptoms. My first clue really was the missed period (I was tracking it rather closely since we were TTC). My sense of smell got really acute, even when I was stuffed up and couldn't breathe I could smell things my husband couldn't and he told me I was nuts. Early on if I took too long brushing my teeth and the toothpaste was around my back teeth for too long I would get dry heaves, didn't matter what time of day or what flavor toothpaste. Having to pee on the time. I've noticed my boobs are more dense but not they're not sore. I miss laying on my back and it's harder to get comfortable now that I'm without-a-doubt showing. But that's only been in the last couple weeks.

with my first I taken to hospital with tummy pains, and i didnt know i was pregnant, but a few into it i couldnt for some unknown reason shop in iceland in my local town, it made me feel dizzy every time i went in there, 4 weeks in a row i had to ask for a chair, the fifth week someone i knew was working there and actually brought me a chair over lol before id even got my trolley, thankfully after the birth it passed. i found out i was pregnant with my second because i went into new look with my mum only to have that strange feeling come over me, i said to her "im going to get a test", she looked at me funny, when i got home it came back positive, and so now i have 2 children, i was only 3 weeks when i found out about my second and probably wouldnt have know until much later had i not gone clothes shopping.

Last time i just had sore boobs, this time round i had 2 weeks of pmt type cramps and sensitive nipples. They are easing off now and i am 5-6 weeks gone so i'll probably get the morning sickness next!

at the begining of the pregnancy i was buying packs of coke a day also i went of fryups i couldn'nt stand the smell of them, iwas feeling sick every single morning, needing the loo more, tender breasts and feeling faint that was the most horrible part of the pregnancy. good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!!!!!

i am 6 weeks pregnant but i knew straight away,had to run to the toilet every 10 minutes and i couldnt even keep my eyes open past 2 in the afternoon! feeling nauseus at the moment but no sore boobs as yet :)

I was absolutely knackered and felt sick. Couldn't stand the smell of coffee, toast or any cooking. I am addicted to tea but couldn't drink it till about 7 months.
