I have a 10 month old baby girl who i give Gerber cereal in her bottle? I have heard of other people that do the same, but never heard that it was dangerous, until recently chating with other mothers. Her pediatrition has never suggested that it could be harmful. So i was just wondering if this other mother is right.

I am about 7 weeks preg & my morning sickness has eased up a lot but my gas & breast soreness is getting worse. I used to be sick almost all day, then it got really horrible upon waking, and now it is practically gone. Can morning sickness end/ease up so quickly? Thanks for your answers!

There is a slight chance that I am pregnant, (won't know for 2 weeks) and I am wondering if drinking caffeine is dangerous within the earliest stages of conception. I don't drink coffee or tea, but I drink a lot of Dr. Pepper. I'm having a hard time finding research, but I just feel like perhaps caffeine would do some kind of damage during the formation of the brain and all the other early developments. Anyone know??

:( My man and I want to tell her NO, but we are scared to shut down communication at such a young age. So far we have explained to her that we really don't like the idea. Her Dad has tried to call and talk to her Mom, but it seems like she's avoiding. I know its a cry out for attention she is not getting at home(she lives in another state). How can we talk her out of this idea without making her think that we are punishing her or embarassing her for even asking?

One of my friends is freaking out because she had inprotected sex and someone told her that she could take 5 birth control pills and it would have the same effect as the morning after pill. I was not sure if this is correct or not. I do not think I would ever try it but she is so scared because they are not even dating. Please no negative feedback. I've been having some weird cramping for the last few days. I've noticed that the cramps come on whenever my heart rate suddenly increases. Does anyone know what this means? I'm about a week from my period. I can't tell if this is PMS or if perhaps I could be pregnant. Has anyone ever experienced this? Were you pregnant? If not, is it just normal menstrual symptoms?

Ok, I finished my period the saturday before last (10/28) and was supposed to put my nuva ring back in on sunday. I forgot until thursday. I had sex the friday, saturday and sunday during my period, and the friday and sunday after. Now I'm breaking out and my breasts are REALLY sore. Is this a side effect of putting in the ring late, or is there a possibility of pregnancy? I'm not gonna get too worried about it unless these symptoms continue for a little while longer. No, I haven't been queasy, but I never was with my daughter either. Any help would be appreciated, especially from fellow nuva ringers. Thanks!

WEll alright there is this boy that i like, but my best friend fated him like over a year ago and their relationship ended. Since then she has had 2 boyfriends. But the other day she told me that she still might like this kid after i had told her that i like him. And i know that he wants to ask me out but i don't know if i should say yes since i like him, but then i don't know if i should say no since she is my best friend and i don't want to hurt her. I mentor a 14 year old boy and for thw most part, we get along pretty good. We have been matched for about a 1 1/2 years. I am getting a little frustrated because after this much time, I think there should be some ownership of the match on his part. For instance, he has never called me or initiated and communication with me. I have asked him to call me on several occassions to tell me how his games went etc... and he'll say he'll call, but never does. His Mom kinda enables him in this too, if there are schedule changes, she'll call me and not him. Don't get me wrong, I understand that I am the adult and that 90 some percent of the effort is on me, but after a year and a half you would think that he would be showing some effort towards our match and friendship. It just feels like the frienship doesn't matter to him. I am thinking about not calling for awhile and waiting to see how long it takes him to initiate contact. Good or bad idea????

had sex on june 1st 2nd and 3rd had my last period june 13th had sex with somebody else close to the end of june 2 weeks ago my doctor said i was 18 weeks and 4 days but when i had an ultrasound it said 19 weeks and 5 days so hes been off i'm almost 21 weeks now i'm futher along then what my doctor told me so that would make it guy #1 right? please no rude comments i have posted this like 3 times already i know but i'm going crazy over this

My neighboors daughter is pregnant & was thinking of abortion. I have been trying to talk her in adoption. She has been concerned w/ the price of having the baby. She has BCBS, it covers 90% of pregnancy she would I guess be considered low income, would she be able to get state funded insurance to cover the pregnancy? All the adoption agencies I have contacted will not agree to pick up the remander of the medicall bills unless she finds adoptive parents that are willing to do so & will only pay those after adoption is complete. I am considering having cryotherapy done to remove mild cervical dysplasia. I'm just wondering if anyone who has had cryotherapy done had any problems giving birth afterwards? I heard it can affect the cervix ability to dilate properly, and honestly, I would really HATE having to have a c-section. I already have one son and the vaginal birth was wonderful, I just don't think a c-section is right for me and I really want to avoid having one. I want to hear from both sides though, women who haven't had trouble and women who have.
