I am about 7 weeks preg & my morning sickness has eased up a lot but my gas & breast soreness is getting worse. I used to be sick almost all day, then it got really horrible upon waking, and now it is practically gone. Can morning sickness end/ease up so quickly? Thanks for your answers!

With my first pregnancy I had morning sickness from the day after conception till my fourth month, then it gradually eased. With my second I had about three days worth early on and then nothing for the remainder. One thing that I found that helped was having an apple everyday. I am the youngest of five sibs, and there are alot of kids in my family, and everyone has been different, I'd say that it is probably normal for you. Can't say anything about the gas thing, I never had a problem with that, and I didn't get soreness until I was about due to deliver, and some of that was toughening up my nipples to breast-feed.

Yes, in some women it dissapears as qickly as it came. The whole gas thing, dont worry, it will only get worse :) Us preganant women can just blame it on the husband, or the nearest male companion. Breast soreness can last all pregnancy, so dont worry your symptonms arent abnormal. I had morning sickness for 3 weeks with my first kid, thought it was the flu. Second one had morning sickness horrible for 3 months, got over it and am better now. be happy your was short. And keep away from foods that make you even a little ill. Good luck!!!!!

Absolutely! Morning sickness can come on immediately and leave out of nowhere! And, not to be discouraging, but my morning sickness with my son left at 12 weeks, and came back again at 15 or 16... yuck! It is perfectly natural for it to come and go. If you are worried about it and have other strange symptoms like any bleeding, though, of course, call your Dr. Congrats!

Lucky you!!!!!!!

Yes, morning sickness can ease up at any time. With my son, I was sick up until I was 6 months. With my daughter, I was only sick 3 times the entire pregnancy.

7 weeks is awesome! :)

It can come and go that early. It would be great if yours was gone so fast--mine lasted 8 weeks with my first and 7 with my second and it was awful--but don't do a victory dance just yet--it is still very early and it can come back. Eat now while you can! But eat healthy of course!

YES! It's amazing how one day you wake up and you feel normal again. It happened to me, and really surprised me! Congratulations on making it through the morning sickness stage! The rest really isn't so bad. Congrats on your pregnancy!

absolutely, but consider yourself lucky. Most don't completely get over the morning sickness until the beginning of the second trimester!

Yep. I had this consistant, low-level MS all throughout my 1st trimester and it drove me crazy. As if on cue, it was GONE the first day of the 2nd trimester. It was weird, but then I had my appetite back and felt a little more human:-)

Good luck!

Everyone is different, I am still puking almost into my 3rd trimester. The boob pain has gone away and has been replaced by random boob leakiness (gross). As far as gas..... I am glad my husband is an understanding man. Consider yourself one of the lucky ones!
