HERE IS A WED SITE THAT CAN HELP TOO! JUST GET A CHEAP THERMOMETER AT THE DRUG STORE THAT SAYS IT CAN BE USED FOR OVULATION TOO. IT WILL WORK JUST AS WELL AS THE EXPENSIVE ONES.IT SHOULD SAY HOW TO DO IT ON THE DIRECTIONS.GOOD LUCK! RELAX AND KEEP TRYING!

Cheaper and easier, buy a basal thermometer and take your temperature every morning before you get out of bed. A slight rise in temperature indicates ovulation. This is the method I used to get pregnant.
