I did, I had implantation pain. After ovulation has occurred, your egg will meet with the sperm then the fun starts! The sperm fertilizes the egg and then the egg is on its way to implant which usually takes from 5-7 days. When I got pregnant 7 days after ovulation I started to feel as if I were going to have my period, I had this sharp cramping on the lower right side of my abdomen for 2 days. I thought I was going to have my period because it felt like period pain but I was still a week early so, I waited and I never got my period so I tested and it was positive, that is how I knew that that pain had been implantation. Some women, not all have some spotting when implantation occurrs I didn't have it but that could be a sign too.

You can not feel conception/fertilization. That is a microscopic event.

Some women have cramping or slight pain when implantation occurs. Implantation can occur anywhere from 5-12 days after ovulation.

No you can't feel conception or implantation. First baby movements are usually felt around 18-20 weeks and feels like butterflies in your abdomen.
