sit down with a spoon and a half gallon of your favorite ice cream and pig out. There is nothing that would make you feel better than that. Trust me on this one. After the ice cream go ahead and tackle your homework it isn't that bad. When I was teaching, I never gave homework. I always wanted my students to have plenty of time being kids. When in class though I expected them to act like students. Suggest this to your teacher.

Go for a walk, being outside always makes me feel better. Or take a nice hot shower and have a good cry, who said you weren't aloud to cry? It's a good stress reliever. Go to the store, buy some cookies, go home, take a hot shower, get out and put on Pj's, wrap up in a blanket, eat cookies, with milk or hot tea, and watch a funny movie! Best way to feel better. Hope tomorrow is lots better for you. I know you have homework, but if you are not relaxed, you won't be able to concentrate to do it anyway.

i've had one of the most horrible day of my life last week, everything seems to be going down the drain, you know what i did?? i went to the AIRPORT, that's right, the AIRPORT, its the weirdest feeling ever but if you wanna run away from it all, just run to some place you'd never go to otherwise, it will remove you from everything you feel and you can have some peaceful time to reflect on your life, and at the same time you can watch how other ppl are living theirs as well (you'll see that you're not the only one having a bad day) try different places, like the hospital, where you'll definitely get a different look on life as you realize that no matter how bad you feel, you still have countless of blessings to be thankful for. Other places can be the DMV, and just sit there and look at all the ppl there, think about how their lives are and ponder and stuff....

Get the homework outta the way first. Then finger paint on the refrigerator with ketchup and mustard, carve fruits and vegetables into people, faces and animals, do crank calls, order a pizza or cab to your neighbor's house, re-decorate the bathroom in rainbow markers, play dress up, play hide and seek with your mom, run around outside sreaming, singing, dancing etc.., make faces at passing cars....

Be creative!

I hope you think of something and have a better day tomorrow...

probably 95% of my days are like that...

i just start to cry for the littlest reasons...

i've been away from home(New Orleans) for a year and a half! Im all the way in a country called Jordan right now! and im goin to school here...Im 17...it's my last year of school! and i cant believe im spending it all the way over here...without my friends...

i don’t want to grow up!!!!! aaahhh!!! it all went by so fast!

and i cant even be at home for my 18th birthday! ;(

I have the same exact thing, maybe we should just cry it out. And the worst part for me is that sice I live with others, I have to hide it. I'm depressed. Infact I was watching that fat lady who use to be on cheers yesterday on Oprah showing off her new hot body, and just broke down in tears. I have no idea why.

Crank up the radio with some good music and just act silly for 15-20 min and let everything out.

You think you've had a bad day?

How about those politicians that spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their campaign...and in a few hours, they're gonna find out that they LOST!

So, here's some humor for ya:
You know its going to be a bad day ahead when...

You put your bra on backwards and it fits better.

You want to put on the clothes you wore home from the party and there aren't any.

Your twin sister forgot your birthday.

You walk to school and find your dress is stuck in the back of your pantyhose.

You put both contacts in one eye.

:-)

phone a friend and chat for ages, that always helps me! If you can't do that then watch something funny on t.v (nothing sad!!) its, always a good distraction to stop you thinking. Try to get your homework outa the way though thats whats important and you'l find it easier to cheerup when you don't have to worry about doing it!

*hugs*

Go in your room, listen to some of you favorite music. Cry if you have to, it's ok to do that! Then, when you feel more relaxed, get you homework done.

Smile! Your day will get better!
